There are so many options of style and price at Reflections. I was very pleased with their selections and was able to make a decision immediately because their prices were the best I had found PLUS their customer service is exemplary. I have purchased (and had delivered) furniture on two separate occasions. Alexis and Cindy were helpful and friendly. Delivery Guru's Anderson and Chris were prompt and professional - - not to mention patient - - when delivering the furniture. I did not see any rolling of their eyes when asked to move the sofa two inches to the right.
Reflections will be my go-to store for future furniture/lighting purchases!

Absolutely amazing experience with this top notch team of designers. Mary, Gloria and Cindy were very knowledgeable about the products we purchased. Exceptional in helping me design and blend the colors I wanted to use. Friendly down home people who made you feel like family instead of just another customer.

This was my first purchase with Reflections and I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience. The moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by the nicest employee named Cindy. She provided a wealth of information about sofas...brands, durability, fabrics, warranty info, etc and best of all, she listened carefully to what I was looking for & showed me many options in a variety of price ranges. Cindy helped me every step of the way to find the perfect sofa! There was a question about a sofa cushion so she provided EXCELLENT customer service went out of the way to remedy the situation. The delivery was an exceptional experience as well. Reflections delivered our sofa an hour before they were due, were very friendly and professional and made sure we were happy with the sofa before they left. I have bought furniture for several houses over 30 years, and have NEVER had such a wonderful, pleasant and easy experience anywhere else. Reflections is the first place I will go the next time I need any quality furniture. You can not beat their selection, prices and customer service!!!

This is one of the ONLY furniture stores where you can buy off the floor and leave with furniture that day! Of course you can order amd wait, and or get a much more customized piece of furniture. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. We have just about completely furnished our home from this store. We have shopped a number of stores throughout the Tennessee valley, but this is the BEST!

Employees are very personable and helpful. Their inventory and prices are great. They have such beautiful choices and nice variety.

I purchased 2 Elite Scoop Accent tables from the Reflections Home Furnishings store in Hickory, NC, the sales representative C. Ward was very thorough and provided me with everything I needed to make a sound decision to buy these tables. The price and quality met my expectations and the customer service when I arrived was excellent. This store is a hidden gem on the east coast.

What an amazing furniture store! Let's face it, furniture shopping is never really the most enjoyable thing to do. We went here on a day we had planned to go to about 7 or 8 stores. This was our first stop. We ended up buying a loveseat with a tremendous deal we could not refuse, and had the rest of our day to enjoy at home! Would most definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a painting here, and was very impressed with the selection and service, both of which were excellent. I was not sure what I wanted, but the staff was really helpful. I picked out all my furniture in one place! The service is so personalized and the staff so kind. Plus, the prices are right on target - lower than many furniture stores that aren't nearly as accommodating. No wonder they are excelling as a business!

Home town staff with an uptown atmosphere. Lots of wonderful house goods from which to choose. Prices are high, but product is quality. I return often and feel very welcomed by the staff.

They are very nice! But at the time its taking 28 weeks for the good stuff to be in stock. They have nice options on bar stools and other stuff! I will be back.

Great prices, Great Quality, Unique Pieces! Staff is friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong here. If they don't have it they'll find it. I just price checked a nightstand and they were $30 lower than anywhere local OR online!
