Regymen Fitness Huntsville

Great gym! Love everything about it. It’s the perfect balance of cardio, power/explosive movements and resistance training. Knowledgeable coaches and helpful staff. It’s truly a family atmosphere and a fantastic place to stay functionally fit.

Over the years, I've trained at many group fitness gyms: F45, orange theory, 4-5 CrossFit gyms, and a couple family owned gyms, etc... Regyman is simply the most fun. Great equipment. Heavy use of treadmills, assault bikes, TRX, kettlebells, DB, slam balls, and ski ergs. The workouts are excellent, playlists are great, and coaches make the experience enjoyable. The classes run smoothly and are easy to follow. Membership price is comparable to the gyms listed above and it's what I expected to pay.

Regymen Fitness is not your average gym. It is an extended family. The coaches, members, and workouts keep me coming back. I love walking in where the staff knows my name and truly cares about my fitness growth. Not only do they have incredible workouts, but they also strive to promote community throughout the membership. If you need a place where you will feel at home while reaching your fitness goals, Regymen is where it’s at! 💙💚

This was a very friendly and warm gym. The workout was challenging and filled with variety. Definitely would become a member or attend classes on a regular basis.

Hands down the best gym in Huntsville. The workouts are the best I’ve ever taken. The staff truly cares about each individual’s fitness journey. They check in when they know you are struggling and are always encouraging.

Regymen is a great place where no matter where you are on your journey they will meet you where you are and help you work in ways that you didn't know you could. I have had several friends come from other gyms that they have been going to for a good bit of time come and make improvements in just a short period. They have come to me and said they just can't believe how strong the have become and the difference they are seeing. The results you get speak for themselves .

This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. You have a variety of classes to pick from, and they truly make you feel like you’re apart of the family. Not to mention every single employee strives to learn your name, while ensuring your form is correct throughout the workouts. This gym has created a Regymen family for me that makes me LOVE going to the gym! They have never stopped supporting me in my goals, and encourage you to keep pushing. Check it out, you won’t regret it!

Regymen Fitness feels like home. Everyone you come in contact with feels like family. The coaches are supportive and always pushing you to be your best self. It’s the best gym I’ve ever been apart of!

The atmosphere, coaches, staff, and members are all so encouraging and welcoming! The coaches and staff go out of their way to get to know the members on a personal level which has really helped to encourage me as I start on my fitness journey with Regymen. Going to the gym doesn't feel like a chore, and I am finding that I enjoy and look forward to going to my workouts each day as I continue to make friends with the other members and coaches. I have already noticed an improvement in my energy levels and moods and just generally feel better since I started working out at Regymen. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey!

My first Regymen experience was before they officially opened when they hosted pop up workouts throughout the city. Even with minimal equipment, I loved the workouts. More so, I was impressed with how the team leaders and coaches took interest in truly getting to know the people who stopped by for a free workout. They have officially been open for a few months now and the workouts continue to impress. The burn, build and box options allow for variety and can be tailored for any fitness level. The coaches are approachable and motivating. You can tell they love what they do and care about each member's progress. They encourage fun and sportsmanship each workout while pushing each member to be their best. Regymen's passion for fitness also extends to the local community. They participate in local drives and advocate for members to do the same. I am excited for Regymen to be in Huntsville and continue to grow!

I've found the best gym on earth! Excellent customer service! I'm in the 6week challenge and am already seeing results! They know my name and even check on me during the week. I've gotten easy to follow advice for my meal plan. I could go on and on but then someone might not believe me! You just have to come experience Regymen! I've found what I was looking for in a gym and more!

I have so much appreciation and gratitude for Regymen, in more ways than one! The community and workout regime is truly unmatched. I'm constantly challenged, leaving feeling seen and stronger, and surrounded by like-minded kind people who just want to be the best version of themselves that they can be. It's a special place! Being active my entire life, especially being a dancer, it was difficult to find the perfect fitness place for me until Regymen. I always look forward to class, am pushed during, and feel accomplished after the fact. I am very thankful for this place and appreciate all who pour into it to make it what it is.

REGYMEN is fantastic. The workouts are exciting and different. I am glad that there is a ton of variety in the workout types you can choose from. The facilities are top notch. The coaches and staff make this place shine too. Every coach is unique but bring high energy and really care about their workout. They take time to learn your name and love to talk with you and make workouts fun. All in all, this is the best gym in Huntsville to me. Well done REGYMEN.

Regymen is awesome! The coaches and staff are all amazing and so welcoming. The workouts are fun and challenging and the best workouts ever! The different workouts also make sure you get to mix up your workout routine.

Update: A year after Regymen opened and I am still loving it!

I love Regymen! Each coach and member makes you feel like family. I work out here 4-5 days a week, and I’m always looking forward to the next workout. My favorite is the box class! 🥊

Outstanding workout. Best I have had in a long time. Used to workout at Orange Theory but got tired of the repetitive workouts. Regymen is always different and always fun and exciting. The trainers are outstanding and very helpful if you have physical issues you are dealing with. The owners take pride in their business and don’t be surprised if they are working out next to you. The Team Leads at the rest are always helpful and ready to assist if you have any issues. They are warm and friendly. Overall a fantastic place to loose some pounds and a lot of sweat.
