While visiting my son's home, found he was in serious need of a plumber and had no idea who to call. Found good reviews on line for Don's Southern Plumbing. Called and received prompt, courteous, same day service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him. Will be calling Don for all our plumbing needs in Huntsville.

The post above is from a couple three years ago, and everything that Don fixed is still in prestige condition. Definitely recommend Don’s Southern Plumbing. What makes him special is that he takes his time and completes his job. ⭐He also cleans up after his self as he works. He’s a southern gentleman, with mad skills. When my family or I have needed him it’s usually same day visit. However I do know he is always busy so please call ASAP when the problem is first noticed.

Excellent, prompt service at a reasonable price. I needed a sewer line repaired in the crawl space under my house on a holiday. I called Don' Southern Plumbing. Don answered the phone and said he would be right out. He showed up promptly, gave me a very reasonable estimate - which I accepted. He then performed the work in a professional manner. I'm Josephs mom, Tammy!!! I never write reviews but Don truly deserves it!!! My sons friends parked their trailer full of music gear right on top of the main water line to our house!!! As they were backing up the pipe burst! An honest accident!!! I called Roto-Rooters this morning at 8:00 am. Was told someone would call me back with the time for visit.. 10:00 am no call back sooo i called again and was told that they have someone call me back! its 5:56 pm...still waiting...
With a house full of boys and no water, waiting until who knows what time was not an option. at 12:26 pm I found Dons name online with great reviews so I gave him a call... He told me that he was finishing a job but would call me back. 12:43 pm, I get a call back and by 2:16 pm the repair had been completed and the cost was more than fair!!!!! Above and beyond my expectations! I will never call anyone else and will always recommend this person. Thank you Don so much!!!

Mr. Don was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and had it fixed in no time. I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber in the future. Thank you. :)

I had a faulty pressure regulator, and Don came by quickly and fixed it. He was pleasant, did good work, and was reasonably priced. I will definitely call him again.

I called several plumbers to come fix my faucet. Don's Southern Plumbing was cheaper than the price the others gave me to come out. He arrived on time with all of the needed parts and tools on his truck.

Awful! Called to see if we could get an estimate for an underground leak. Not only did the man seem as if I was bothering him(during operational hours), he told me he really didn't have time to deal with my problem. Will NEVER call them again!!

EXTREMELY Rude!! EXTREMELY!! If i could leave "0" stars, i would...but since i can't-i had to leave 1. But i Called and asked a general question regarding availability for service and was treated like I was bothering him. As soon as the gentleman answered the phone, he sounded bothered and upset. Never again will I call this company.

Answered phone unprofessional. Stated it was his personal phone but that's the number listed for the business.
