University has been my go to for two years now. They are fast, friendly, and professional and they try not to forget a name and face. I can highly recommend.

Nice place. Drinks are priced fair. Definitely should be on your nightlife checklist if you’re visiting Huntsville. Much better in the summer

Had a small quilt that had some stains that I wanted removed, they were supposed to notify me if that was not possible. Instead they said they cleaned it, stains were the same, none were gone and charges 25.00. Very disappointed

All I have to say is this place is a perfect representation of poor customer service when there is a issue to be handled. I have been a customer for years. They ruined my ball gown and I'm told the night before that it's been ruined. To top it off, nothing is being done to handle this issue, whoever Pat is, he believes it's ok to not handle business and leaves his staff completely clueless on how to handle these issues. I came back the next day at 230 after work and still nothing done!!! And he is no where to be found, still no answers on what can be done to rectify this issue then to top it off I'm being told that I have to wait till Monday to get an answer and come at his hours of convenience of 6 am!!!! Meanwhile I'm out of a dress and money I spent for my gown and event ticket because of this inconsiderate establishment!!! Does anyone have suggestions for a new cleaners? I'm through with this place!
