The Laundry Room II

We had a big bedspread and they had the right machines to do the job. No way we could have washed it at home. Clean area to work and wait.

They have wifi and drink and snack machines for those who need or want something

Great laundry station. They only have front loader washing machines. The attendant is cleaning and helps customers out with any questions that may arise. The clothes come out really nice and clean but that all depends on what your washing and what your using. The dryers are pretty reliable for $2.00 you get 33 minutes of drying time. The heavy duty front loader washing machines can be pricey but you get what you pay for. The customers are regular people not shady like at other laundry places. Overall I clean 4 loads of laundry and dry and fold in between 1 to 1.5 hours if that gives anyone a sense of time. It costs me $12 to $14 to do the laundry. The Laundry Room 2 also has arcade video games from the 80's that is cool especially if you have kids and want them to be occupied. Also the front desk accepts drop off laundry for convenience if you can't find time to do it yourself, that's a great feature for the business. Check it out yourself you won't be disappointed.

This laundromat exceeded my expectations. I know all the reviews say this place is nice and clean, but I was still skeptical. They are telling the truth!
It was well lit, there were informative signs, snack machines, AND you don't have to rely on having enough quarters or hoping the change machine is working because they have cards that you can load money on. It's amazing! I wish my apartment complex had as great of a laundry facility as this!

The attendant, Quinn or Gwen,...couldn't hat her name with all the noise of the machines, was so very nice and helpful. I didn't expect that. She was working hard the entire time we were there and she asked if we were okay or needed any help a few times. I hadn't been to a laundromat in many years, but my previous experiences weren't like this. The machines were clean.., they did a good job washing and drying the clothes. The place was really well kept. Though I won't be back, unless we don't get our washer/dryer, or they breakdown, (we just moved and don't have our appliances yet), I will definitely come back if needed. Great service, great place. This place is smart getting their customers to do reviews. I went to this place just because of their great reviews. The attendant was very attentive, and they did exactly what they said they would do. I used their drop-off laundry service, which turned out to be very good. They hung all my stuff, with the hangers that I provided. I like that they have their positive reputation to live up too, this helps them strive for better service. This place was not very close to my hotel either, I had a fifteen minute drive to get to them, and passed several places along the way. So, I highly recommend using them!!!

Best laundry mat in the city! Gwen, the attendant is fantastic, keeps the place sparkling clean, helps you with anything you need! I've used both services, where they do your laundry for you(excellent job) and where I've used the machines myself, never disappointed! Fair prices and "Bonus" washes, clean facility, fabulous staff will keep me singing there praises to everyone I meet! Thanks for such a stand up place!

The place was nice and clean. Friendly customers and staff. Jessica is awesome! I have lived here a year and only went to this place because they have a launder service. I will not return to the other facility to wash my clothes as the staff and customers were rude and the place isn't clean. I moved from FL and it was the same atmosphere so I thought it was the norm. I'm glad I branched out and found The Laundry Room II.

Great clean place to do laundry. Good pricing structure. Love the card feature for quick pay. Excellent experience so far. Not any homeless here and it's usually pretty quiet.

This is the first laundromat I’ve ever used. I was pleasantly surprised! The attendant was super helpful with the card machine, and showed me everything and how it works. Everything is well displayed and clean. I just wish there were more seating options.

This place is nice, well-kept by the on-site associate working, and everyone has been friendly each time we've visited. The washer and dryers are new, but be prepared going there to do laundry. There's a few machines that take quarters, otherwise you put money on a laundry card to use each time. There is a change machine available to dispense quarters if needed.

New to Huntsville? Looking for a laundromat where you'll feel safe and where facilities are clean. Come here. I like that it has a washing machine size to fit every need (small-med-large-jumbo). There are also plenty of dryers I've never had to wait. An attendant is present and working at all times. I don't go anywhere else.

Super clean. Attendants are sweet until they changed hours so now I'll be going elsewhere. Doors do not unlock at 630 after waiting 30 minutes I left

Always clean never packed washes great the dryers are the best...

I've been going to this laundry mat for about a month now, and it's great. One of the best kept laundry mays I've ever been too, it's always very clean. The machines there are great, especially the industrial sized machines, I can get most my laundry done in one load.

Attendant very friendly and helpful. Clean and well kept. Used large capacity washer and dryer to clean 2 king size comforters. Saved 50.00 over local cleaners.

Came to Huntsville for a 6 days conference and needed to do laundry after 5 days. Came to Laundry Room II because of the good reviews; now I am adding my own---- facility is VERY VERY big with clean areas, great laundry machines, and very clean and big men/women separate bathrooms!!! Awesome!!

Very clean and all the machines work all the time. There are tons of everything so never have to wait even if it's busy. What else can you ask for? Perfect!

Bathrooms and vending machines too. They have Wi-Fi and tv. Great place to do your laundry. I wont go anywhere else in Hunstville.

The employee and the customers were both friendly and very helpful. The washing area and the restroom were very clean. If you need to wash or dry your clothes, this is a good place to do it.

Very spacious and updated equipment. Very well lighted and great hours. The staff are responsive. Walking in plot that is well lit and am so happy I feel safer. THANK YOU
