I phoned this organization during the pandemic looking for direction on short term healthcare. I'll be 65 in 11 months, don't qualify for a tax credit, and was bluntly and without empathy told I had to be 65 before they would talk to me. I explained I had just emailed our Attorney General about my current health insurance company Unifiedlife, whose reputation for nondisclosure of hidden products, inability to be reached, and late payouts is advertised on BBB. What I didn't explain is my extensive mental health history and the fact that I have no mental health coverage. Just another worthless organization that fronts credible lobbyists in a culture who ignores their elderly.
