Very efficient - impressed with administrative/operational procedures, including texting updates, available maps of where to go, etc. This place must have a great Operations Manager. Only thing that was unclear was who receives the initial text stating to go back for surgery prep.

Due to the medication and procedure, I can't recall all of their names but am thankful for every nurse and staff member that took care of me today. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Thank you all!

Can be tricky to find because it is behind the hospital next to the emergency room.

Why have appointments when they make you wait multiple hours to be seen. If you don't have the staff to support, then let your patients know so they can plan and adjust your appointment times to cover for the delay. Feels like patients are being punished for their lack of proper scheduling.

Called me to say they got a doctors order for a procedure. Scheduled me for 10AM.
The day before the procedure: called to remind me of my 11AM appointment. Took down all insurance information. Updated my emergency contacts, medications, allergies.
I arrive and they cannot find my orders. The receptionist impolitely stated that the doctor probably just called and never sent the order. After 40 minute wait, someone from the back brought up the order that had been sitting back there for a week.

Day of procedure: Went to registration desk to sign all the forms. After all were signed, she informed me that no one called my insurance to get a pre-cert. Another wait. Why was I called the day prior when nothing was done anyway.
Finally called back to procedure waiting area. Another 50 minute wait.
After being put on this hard metal table, I wait 20 minutes for the doctor to arrive. He stated he was in the middle of a consult and could not break away. Maybe send a note or something so the patient is not stuck in this horrible position on a hard surface.

After the procedure there was suppose to be an 1hr wait in recovery. But, after the procedure, I sat 15 minutes waiting on a gurney. I sat another 15-20 minutes waiting on an xray. That should have been counted as part of my recovery time.

The last time I went to the ER, they asked me to take a seat and they would call me back up to register me. I sat there until I was the only one left in ER waiting area. I walked up to ask how much longer because I was there before the last 2 people that was called back. THEY HAD FORGOTEN I WAS THERE! The staff got ill with me because I was sick at my stomach and asked for a basin.
I do not recommend Crestwood for anything.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE A OB OR A BABY AT CRESTWOOD MY OB FROM CRESTWOOD PUT A ORDER FOR ME TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY ULTRASOUND AT 20wks and this place called me at 10 in the morning and scheduled my emergency ultrasound(anatomy scan) for 5:30pm when my husband and I arrived registration said they were closed but one of the women were nice enough to still check us in just to say oh the person who does those ultrasounds left at 3:00pm. Excuse me! Oh and I can’t forget that if you’re pregnant you will not get any ultrasound pictures or videos of your baby Crestwood will not print. It’s ridiculous I highly recommend Huntsville hospital that’s exactly where my husband and I started going after this.

Cannot reach anyone on telephone. Out patients are our top priority is ridiculous. Never a call back either!!
Must be severely understaffed.
