Landon was wonderful to work with in getting our Honda Odyssey. Very courteous and quick to respond to our questions and in setting up the appointment to test drive. He was ready with the car fax and not pushy as some dealers are to simply just sell a vehicle. If we ever have need of another vehicle, we will be checking with Rocket City Rides first.

I recently purchased a 2016 Scion IM. I am pleased with my purchase as well as buying experience with, Rocket City Rides. The dealer was very nice, answered all my questions as well as kept his word. Minor repairs were made quickly. He kept in contact during the repair process, letting me know in record timing what was going on. I love that about my buying experience the most. He didn’t leave me hanging, was very honest about other cars on their lot and very informative. He wasn’t trying to just put me in any old thing. He was concerned for my buying experience with them and made it a pleasant experience. Financing wasn’t an issue. The process was quick and I am pleased with my payments as well.

I worked with Adam just this week when I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster! I did a lot of research before reaching out to 1st Stop/L&M Ventures, but they had the best deal on the year, make, and model that I was looking for; not to mention, the mileage was exceptionally low. I expressed interest in the vehicle online, and Adam called me soon after. Right away he was very kind and professional. I consider myself to be a very intuitive person, and not once did I sense any kind of sales pressure from him. I set up a time to test drive the vehicle the next day. My husband and our two children came with me. The privately owned lot is small, but all of the cars were very nice and were in excellent condition. We test drove the Veloster and I knew right away that it was the car for me.

As for financing, Redstone Federal wasn't able to assist me, which, needless to say, left me feeling pretty fearful and hopeless. I am currently recovering from some financial mistakes that I made in the past, but I have been working HARD to recover from those. I told Adam that RFCU wasn't able to assist, and that's when he came through with their preferred financing company. After I was approved, he even made a special call to push out the term of my loan in order to make my monthly payment more comfortable. Adam went above and beyond to help me get into the car that my heart had been set on. I also met Landon, the owner, and he was extremely kind and professional, as well! I would highly recommend Adam and Landon to anyone that I know. There was absolutely ZERO pressure during the buying process, and I think we all know how extreme the pressure can feel at a major dealership.

I recently bought a 2005 Scion for my 16 year old daughter. I have been trying to find the perfect vehicle for her! This place is awesome! Landon was amazing! I had complete faith in him that he was putting my daughter into a safe car! He did all the repairs that were needed (like taking bubbled tint off the back windshield) plus some. I’m a huge fan of Rocket City Rides! Personal care, and Huntsville’s best selection of hybrid cars. RCR had exactly the car I wanted in my price range, shared the history of it, provided the Carfax for free. I don’t see why anyone would buy a full gas engine car these days! Plus Landon was personable and caring from beginning to end of the process. Big thumbs up!

So far the experience is great! Didn't have to worry about a sells person pressuring us to buy something. The guys that my husband and I worked with were amazing an knowledgeable on the vehicles and any recalls on parts. They answered all our questions with easy and gave us room to talk. I highly recommend 1st Stop Auto Sales. I purchased a vehicle from here and the sales service I received is far superior to any I’ve received from a new car dealership both during and after the purchase. Over a month after purchasing the vehicle, a tuner that was previously installed on it was found and they sent it to me. I never had to ask or question about it, they sent it knowing it belonged with the vehicle. Customer service like that is hard to find and speaks volumes about a company and how they operate.
