Hampton Inn Huntsville-Arsenal/South Parkway

I travelled here on a work trip and stayed for a little over two weeks. The hotel was fine. I wouldn’t say there is anything special about this place physically. I’ve stayed in dozens of other hotels all about as good. But if you want to stay somewhere that has one of the nicest and most beautiful people you will ever meet. This is the place. And that person is diamond. She makes this place feel like home. She is so caring and always has a smile for anyone who walks through that door. She is why I am here writing this review. And she is why I’d stay here again if I ever had the pleasure of being in Huntsville again

I currently travel a lot for work and this is the best service I have ever had. Out front lady diamond is the sweetest human being to ever walk this earth. She made us breakfast bags for those who miss out on breakfast due to work. She is always kind and patient with us. She deserves the world and more!!

Diamond who works the front desk on the graveyard shift is literally the SWEETEST person I’ve ever talked to. Always having great conversations with her and is so nice. She would make us lunch bags for everyone who’s here on our work trip and keeping us fed. LOVE HERRRR ❤❤❤❤❤

This hotel is always a great choice. The service is so friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Oh, the complimentary breakfast is a great bonus.

The rooms were clean. The hotel was well kept up. The pool looked nice. The breakfast was good. The coffee and orange juice were terrible.
The location is difficult. We had to take a weird detour to get back to the hotel.

I have no complaints! The room was clean, the customer service was great, and breakfast was on point.

We ended up here after our room was mistakenly canceled at a neighboring hotel. Matthew at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, he recommended some nearby restaurants and apologized for the neighboring hotels’ mistake. The breakfast was delicious and a special acknowledgement to Susan who prepared the breakfast. She was the sweetest person ever to all guests and she anticipated the needs of everyone eating breakfast during our stay. We will definitely be back!

I want to shout out staff member Diamond!! Absolutely amazing service and a very hard worker who cares for all guests.

All was excellent, except for the night clerk, who let a late-arriving person ring the phone and pound the door for 20 minutes at 2 a.m. I was in the lobby researching an issue, so I couldn't sleep, but I couldn't let the guy in either.

Great place to stay. Parking was good. Nice place.

The best hotel in Huntsville, AL for sport teams. The owners and staff knows how to treat their guest and work tirelessly to make sure their hotel stays friendly to you and your team. Very spacious rooms , players relax comfortably and pool and other facilities for treatment of your athletes. Location is the best in town. While they remain loyal to their local teams, you would not know it.

I had to have a hotel room last minute due to home plumbing emergencies.

Customer service was excellent. Cheerful and helpful! Room was clean and very comfortable! I love that it had a fridge and microwave.

We're from Montgomery AL so we weren't far from home but my son was graduating from his trade school and we wanted to spend some time w him before we left. The Hampton Inn was awesome, my ex husband and I both ended up getting rooms here, it was less than 2 miles from my son , the beds are crazy comfortable the hot complimentary breakfast had more choices than any I've ever seen before and the staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Small gym but clean. Breakfast was good. Rooms are comfortable, quite and clean. I stayed for a week and the staff was very pleasant the whole time. Even after the 6th time I asked for a replacement room key. They have good cookies out at night for the guests. My only complaint was the room refrigerator was a tiny bit noisy but I just unplugged it, no bother after that.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Susan very attentive and friendly at the breakfast buffet.Each of the women made our trip very special.we will definitely be back! They all deserve a raise.

I travel to Huntsville for my company all the time and i deal with this one employee. Her name is Joanna Bradshaw and she always goes above and beyond for me. All i have to do is email her and she handles everything for me. For example they were booked solid for one of my stays and she found a room for me at her sister company and set it all up. I wouldn't want to do business with anyone other than this company. The customer service is above and beyond. The hotel is clean and has a great breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Its so close to anything you can think of tons of restaurants, walmart, shopping centers. Thank you Joanna for everything you do.

I stayed here for a business trip in November of 2014. This hotel was wonderful and I loved it so much I will make it a priority to stay at Hampton Inns for all my business trips. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. The man at the front always gave me a water bottle on my way out, the cleaning services did what they were suppose to do, the breakfast was really good for a hotel with a variety of options and I'm a vegetarian so for me this is a plus. They also had breakfast bags to go for people in a rush, which I never cared for. I used the gym which did not have a lot of options and was a bit crowded but you can get the job done.

The hotel was perfect, as I am not a big fan of huge rooms because it is unnecessary since I am working most of the time, the bed was comfortable, I had a fridge and a microwave and the TV is right in front of the bed perfect for bedtime.

This is a very nice hotel, I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. In the morning there is complementary coffee, tea, and breakfast. It's not much, but I enjoyed it. Especially the fact that I didn't have to go out of the hotel before I had breakfast.
