Mosquito Control Systems is horrible! We had them install three outdoor heaters and four mister fans in a new patio project. The work went fine and was roughed in in April of 2021 and finally installed in August of 2021. Everything worked great. The misters worked to end the 2021 hot season and the worked beautifully all summer in 2022. The heaters were a different story however. Worked fine all winter but when I went to turn them on in November of 2022, one of them did not come on. So I called MCS to come take a look. No warranty I was told since it had been over a year. Technically I guess they are right but really heater only worked for one winter. No help, no explanation of what was broken, just you need to pay us to replace it. Well, to heck with you, I know it probably an electronic gas valve since I had already done the trouble shooting and knew the electricity and gas were working. So MSC is good on sales and installation but don’t depend on them for service. Also, if you want my thoughts on the Bromic Tungsten Smart-Heat Gas 500, I guess I give it a 66.6% approval rating since the remaining two have continued working through the 2022-2023 winter season. Not the success rate you would really want for the expense.
