Absolutely a great stay! The best breakfast. Danielle welcomed us and had great recommendations on where to eat. Tiffany and Ethan were so friendly and great at the bar. Sherry was so pleasant when we were leaving. She and the cleaning staff keep everything spotless.

I know I’m a bit late with this review but I don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to give this hotel their praise. The only disappointment was that I only got to stay here for 1 night as I was just passing through town briefly. This hotel was great! Service was very professional and friendly. My room was clean. The breakfast was delicious had plenty of variety to choose from. Several people here have mentioned the carpet in the rooms. I can confirm that during my stay here (late November 2023) they had already began remodeling, so that shouldn’t be an issue any longer. If I travel to Huntsville again I will definitely stay here again. Thank you all.

From check in til check out we had a wonderful experience. Antoinette at the front desk was wonderful and the breakfast Sunday morning 12/31, was awesome. The room was clean and beautiful and beds were comfy! The party Sunday evening was great , and food was a hit with our friends ! We counted down to the new year and we will definitely be back!

My Wife and I recently stayed here a couple of nights for Christmas. Everything was amazing. The room, the breakfast and the service were more than we could have asked for. Bailey at the front desk was especially kind and extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns, thank you for making our stay special!! We will definitely stay here again.

The review is strictly for Antoinette A. She’s nothing short of a blessing. She was able to get us everything that we needed that other directors and manger could not. She helped us out after it was a struggle to keep our accommodations that we booked 8 months in advance. She was so polite and kind. Throughout the entire process she was the only person that extended us top tier level of customer service. I truly believe that she deserves all the recognition for helping keep our program happy as we stayed at the hotel for the weekend.

We two flight attendants arrived early evening on 02JAN24, and were greeted by the most amazing Lady, DANI, at the front desk! She did everything possible to make us feel important and most welcome!! We want the WORLD to know that we appreciate the sweet service we received on check-in! Ms.DANI is WONDERFUL and really made our short stay one of our best!!

There are still renovations going on, but it needed to be done. I've been at this hotel many times, and it was outdated. The renovated rooms are amazing. They smell and look new. The fridge has more space. Also, if you haven't been here. Come enjoy all that downtown Huntsville has to offer. Great family activities and great pubs with plenty of live music options. Purple/Open cup district. Need I say more? Great work.

My wife and I always enjoy our stats at Hilton properties. We are particularly fond of Embassy Suites. As always the room was clean and filled with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the omelets that were prepared by Stanley.

I attended a corporate Christmas party venue event here and it was a beautiful room. The staff were all amazing, super friendly and helpful. It was clean and well kept. The event was amazing and I would highly recommend this venue for events!

Ms. Annette in food services is amazing. She was attentive to our team during our one week training and made accommodations to meet our needs when issues arose that were beyond her control. Embassy Suites needs far more Annette’s and you will never have a complaint. I did not stay at the hotel so I have comments or opinion about the rooms.

Outstanding Customer Service! Upon arrival to the hotel until the last day of check out the hotel staff was Beyond Amazing!

We have stayed 1 weekend over the Christmas holidays for the past 10 years. We enjoy doing things in the area and it is located by the city park.. The omelet bar is a must. Staff is always friendly. Decor is outdated but they are in the process of upgrading. This stay was a little inconvenient because of construction noise and needing to be dressed by 9 am. The water was being turned off for construction.

We recently held an event for about 150 people in your conference space and overall we’re very pleased! Catherine and Sierra were very easy to work with during the planning process. They answered all our questions, were responsive and helped us make decisions based on our budget.
During the event some shining stars were Wallace, Brandon, Annette and Tiffany! They helped make sure our event was set up and ready each day and responded quickly to any need we had.
I cannot wait until you get to finish your updates for the conference space and rooms!

The omelette made by Stanley and Shavonne was incredible, shavonne was super friendly and so kind. The food was all well kept and delicious. The room was comfortable as well as clean and well kept. Definitely will be back

This was my first time having a real breakfast and not just bagels and toast. This experience was absolutely FABULOUS! Mr.Stanley and Mr. Brandon made it FABULOUS. They were the most polite and accommodating two men. What I asked for, they did. I cannot say anything that they did wrong. WOW! They made my experience the BEST! Please show them a thank you again, from me. I’m going down now to have another FABULOUS breakfast. Mr. Stanley said he would be off, Mr. Brandon will there. I’m positive I’ll be very pleased.

Our stay for the Malone Family Reunion was great. Ms. Annette was great at our banquet and breakfast the next morning. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our view of the canal and park with the mountains in the background was breathtaking! The only downside was the parking fee. If you’re a paying guest you shouldn’t have to pay to park.

Stanley is a wonderful chef for made to order breakfast! He’s so friendly, patient and accommodating! We will definitely come back just for Stanley!

Great hotel and a great experience. Very friendly and efficient staff. Located in beautiful downtown area with lots to do within walking distance. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites.
