Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Huntsville

Hotel was easy to find. Lady working at the front desk was very professional, friendly & helpful. Rooms do need a little updating, but the beds are comfortable & our room was clean. Free breakfast is included in the morning. Free coffee 24/7. Hotel is 3 floors & has an elevator. Everything is wheelchair accessible.

Loved the stay here! Although we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool we enjoyed the stay. The room was nice and whatever questions or concerns we had were answered no problem! Theresa and the staff are absolutely amazing and I’d recommend to anyone!!!

Service was great, the rooms were beautiful and clean and it was clear that they took care of this hotel. Coffee is served 24/7 and the woman at the front desk was amazing and so sweet. There is no smoking rooms but they are more than happy to place you near an exit. I was traveling from California to Alabama and this was favorite hotel by far!

Rooms and service excellent till checkout. I was part of a group with group rates and had noted that on my check in. On check out I was billed the full rate. When I noted this to the desk clerk he stated he'd have to clear it with the manager when he came in later that day. As I was leaving, this was simply a brush off. Nevertheless, I unpacked my luggage for the flier quoting the group rates to leave with the note to the manager. Upon seeing this, the desk clerk printed out another invoice with the discounted rate. Today the bill clears with my credit card for the full rate.
Actually, the full rate is a good deal so I'll pursue it no further than to give this review. I'd have no hesitation about staying there again but would probably make a bigger issue of the room rate on check in.

Is it perfect? Um.... No, not really. But it's not pretending to be a five star hotel either. It's a cheaper hotel and it met by expectations. Rooms were a little small perhaps, staff not overly cheerful but everyone was nice and there was nothing revolting to be found. I got what a paid for - a bed and a good night's sleep with some breakfast too. That's all I wanted.

The rooms are clean and non smoking. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is a basic continental breakfast, all reasonably priced. I know some people are looking for a 5 star motel with a personal chef, this ain't it move on and pay the price!

Breakfast was typical but the bagel I chose was stale and unpalatable. Room was clean but scared from previous occupants.

We came for our 17th wedding anniversary and we picked the weekend getaway package and we don't drink. Unknown to us, a staff member went and purchased sparkling cider for us. When we came back to our room from dinner, they had chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling cider waiting for us. They didn't have to to do that but is made our stay much more enjoyable.

Teresa at the front desk is a Saint. We drove a big bus all night from Roanoke and arrived before the cleaning crew. Teresa managed to get our rooms ready asap. She went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely LOVED this place AND THE STAFF here is SUPER friendly. Great people, treat you like family. Free breakfast bar with make your own waffle and everything. Plan on gaining weight without ever having to spend a dime on food!

Our stay at the Wyndham micro inn and suites in Huntsville was wonderful. The room was clean and inviting with a pleasant smell as we entered. The staff all were accommodating and friendly, we would highly recommend them to our friends and family when they come to visit.

Very clean. Beds and bathrooms were clean and definitely felt safe to use. Quiet. Ducked off. Can't hear through the walls. Loved it will use it again

Really enjoyed our room was clean beds comfortable and we didn’t smell anything as other reviews has mentioned our heat would not turn down so we would have to turn off after awhile and my 2 year old caught a cold due to this

Microtel is always very nice and quiet, rooms are clean, They have Free Wi-Fi and Free Breakfast, Fitness area, & Pool. The only complaint I have is the employee's are not friendly or helpful at all. Other than that one thing, I think that this is the best motel room to stay at in the Huntsville area :)

Clean nice neat rooms

Good location in the heart of Huntsville. Close to everything but far enough away for it to be quiet. Only complaint, Woke up the next morning and the batteries were dead and the TV remote.

Our frist room had problem they upgrade us to a suite at no extra charge other than the color of the walls a nice place but rooms are small u less you get a suite

It was really nice. I had no problem with the room. The price was different then on line. On line it said $72.00 when we got there it was $132.00. That's the only bad thing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable l am here for 6 weeks and left a VIP room at a well know motel chain with indoor pool to come here

They have very clean nice rooms beds are actually comfortable and they have a terrific breakfast
