This was my first time taking my pet to a vet! (My parents usually had taken care of it)

Everyone was so sweet and helpful! Made the process super easy. The tech and the doctor and the front desk staff were fantastic. Dr Hocher and Stacy were super kind and patient. Looking forward to coming here for future visits.

I was not able to bring in my fur baby.. I was however fortunate enough to be on the line with such a kind soul , listening to my puppy’s symptoms and talking to me about what my next steps should be. Though, it is hard to recommend what I should do over the phone, and the severity of my pups situation it was good to be listened to. Thank you for being a listening ear and helping us through a hard time.

Had to take my daughter's dog here for an appointment. Greeted well. Didn't wait long. Got right in and saw the doctor and got everything taken care of. Very good service!

We had the worst decision to make about our shepherd husky recently. It was time to put him down. Round Rock Animal Hospital was fantastic. They were amazing from beginning to end. Reasonable price, if you don't collect the ashes.

One of the best vet places in and around Austin. The vets, staff and Techs are amazing. Questions answered, scheduling is great and they are super amazing with the pets. We take all three of our dogs here and now a new addition Toodles our kitten. She was a stray we took in and have been taking her in for serious issues she has. All the vets that see her if Dr Waters is not available have been amazing with her. I would totally recommend this vet 100%.

TL;DR: Absolutely bring pets here.

We have been going to here for years and always appreciate their services. Every single staff member is diligent, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are accommodating, well organized, and reliable. The staff is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have and they genuinely care. The facility is always sparkling clean and tidy.

We had to put our dog down this week and everyone was exceedingly compassionate and gracious. We will continue to take our current and future pets here and highly recommend anyone else looking for a vet to come here as well.

The staff at RRAH has been so caring and understanding. Dekayla is so so kind and sweet, she takes the time to explain things and reassures patients that things are okay. Jonathan has also been so helpful and kind. I appreciate you guys! Would recommend to all.

We love this place! My girl knows she's gonna get a LOT of lovin (Hi, Whitney!) and some treats as soon as she walks in the door. I initially brought my dog in for a cytopoint injection but had Dr. Maynar (Maynard?) check out a random bump and found out it was cancerous. What a whopper of a first visit. We got the lump removed and she's recovered from the surgery beautifully. The entire crew at RRAH is awesome, I definitely recommend.

We have used Round Rock Animal Hospital for the 28 years we have lived here. The vetanarians have changed over the years, and the contant has been the compassionate pet care.

My overall experience was excellent. The kindness and professionalism at this place were what my pet and I needed.

Oh man the ladies here at this place are amazing! The receptionists are super sweet, engaging, and loved to love on my dog. Additionally, Dr. Hocher was very knowledgeable, and patient. I currently have a puppy that is filled with energy and he was understanding to all the wiggles my pup was doing.

My dog was able to be seen on a quick notice and the staff genuinely cared about our sick dog. Found my new vet!

Yes, take your dog here! Our poodle had ongoing seizures for years, but thanks to Round Rock Animal Hospital he now hasn't had them now for the past 3 months (they were happening every week before, knock on wood). They are caring and attentive towards Miles and he is very comfortable going to RRAH. Here's a picture of Miles. He says 5 stars!

Great vet! I love their convenient location. They’ve always been flexible and willing to work with me on getting pets in last minute. Staff is super friendly and kind.

We started bringing our 3 dogs here. The staff is great, the Vets are so caring and took time to ask questions about the dogs and their personalities. The vet techs really love what they do.

The staff are so amazing and nice, from the receptionists to the tech to our veterinarian. They have always taken such great care of all 3 of my cats when I take them in. Definitely make me feel comfortable taking my cats here as they seem well knowledgeable in cat care and handling. So many of them gush over my boys and that makes me feel even more comfortable my beautiful boys are in great hands. So happy they were eventually able to start accepting new clients so we could start coming here. Thank you Dr. Kelly Harrell and everyone else who have taken care of us.

We have been coming to RR Animal Hospital for years and they have always been great. Very personable and really take care of the Pets and Customers. We had to put our first dog down over a year ago and they were so gracious. Lit candles in the main office, gave us time to spend some time with him after we put him down. We are now on dog #2 and they are just as great. Helped us identify some allergies he has and have been able to really help him out. Great place!

This is where I take my dog since 2018. She had surgery there, and they are very good. They take really good care of my dog.
I will continue to go here as long as I can afford too. She had knee problems last year and I brought her in they immediately made her feel better.
Is an on going issue for her but she hasnt had any problems since I took her in I give this place 5 stars . Recommend it
