Sleep Inn & Suites Huntsville near U.S. Space & Rocket Center

Probably the best Sleep Inn I've ever been in. Comfortable bed, room was very clean, and excellent servicing of the room every day. Front desk guys were very pleasant and helpful. Blazing fast fiber wifi! A Passable hotel breakfast - was there for 3 days and could have used a little more variety. But I will definitely stay here again!

First time I’ve traveled to Benchmark CEM in Huntsville, Alabama. I booked this Inn which is quite close to the plant (1.5mile) and walking distance to all restaurants, especially Juicy Seafood which is a must eat restaurant.
Sleep Inn is not very far from the airport either, 15 minutes if there’s no traffic, and not much congestion in Huntsville LOL.
The weather was hot and humid therefore the grass everywhere is so green, beautiful.
The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and pleasant even at night. The place is so clean and the room is huge for the price under $120.
The elevator is big, not small like some other Inn.
It even has a work out room, but I didn’t have time to try.
The room gets cleaned daily regardless if you ask for or not. Hair dryer, shampoo, soap, lotion, and the towels are actually better than some hotels like Marriott, Hilton, nice pattern and thick.
There is everything in the room, microwave and refrigerator, the AC is working perfectly with the temperature setting.
The design of the shower is great, no door needed and the pressure is perfect every time.
The bed is supportive and plenty of soft pillows with the tv full of watchable channels from DirectTV. I even get to watch the Olympic from other networks.
Breakfast is nice, although there’s no scrambled or Sunny side up or boiled eggs, but the pieces of eggs, sausages, bread and juices do it for me every morning.
This is the best Inn I’ve been to and will come here again if I have to travel to Huntsville, Alabama.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean. They even turned on the AC for us before we arrived so the room was cool. This hotel does not have a pool even though Google shows that it does.

Nice, clean hotel. It’s located close to some shopping and restaurants. We were in town for an event at the convention center and this hotel is a short drive away. We’d definitely stay here again!

At the counter the service was courteous and excellent fast fast check-in. The help bent over backwards to assist you. The rooms are clean the beds are very very comfortable. The breakfast food is good fresh. The coffee's good. There's plenty to eat. I don't know why this is not a five star hotel. It is much much better than the next door Comfort Inn. Stay here for a good night's sleep.

Great hotel. I’m in the construction business and I can honestly say that this hotel is better than some 4 star resorts I’ve stayed in. Immaculately clean rooms, breakfast was superb. If I’m ever in the Huntsville area again, I shall definitely be back.

The hotel was clean and decent. The breakfast was good. It's located conveniently close to Space Camp and the rocket center.

I LOVE this hotel! In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Sleep Inn has it down. If you're looking for a quiet, cool, and peaceful place to get some much needed rest, this is it! The rooms are so clean and the staff is so incredibly helpful. The A/C is the coldest I've ever seen and the beds sleep like a soft fluffy cloud.
I was displaced after my house flooded and had to stay in a hotel for several weeks. I was so upset at the thought of not being at home but this stay has felt more like a vacation than a disaster. I have never slept better in my life. My only complaint is that there was no bathtub in my room.. but they do have rooms with bathtubs. The front desk staff is amazing, the cleaning crew are sweet and thoughtful, the complimentary breakfast is delicious. Honestly, I don't want to go home! Thanks to the staff for a job well done!

P.S. I read some of the other reviews and wanted to comment that I’ve been in three different rooms and there are no bed bugs or mold anywhere. Also, the cards are sometimes deactivated by your cell phone … not an angry employee. I haven’t seen anything but smiles in over a week. I think there’s just no pleasing some people.

I stayed at this location for work. Stayed 7 weeks and the service was great. Rooms were clean, quiet atmosphere, breakfast served daily, location was great. Staff is professional and nice. Restaurants within walking distance along with other businesses. Will definitely book again at this location while in Huntsville.

Started off at the LaQuinta across the street that had roaches. I had booked a reservation for Sleep Inn for the following day. But it was midnight when I called and asked if I could pay for another night. The lady at the front desk said I have one room left and I’ll hold it for you. She was super friendly. Went up to my room and everything was spotless. Bed and pillows were super comfy. The lady at the desk even booked me the same room for the first night so I wouldn’t have to change rooms for the second. My advice spend the extra $50 and stay here instead of LaQuinta.

Okay, I write reviews on hotels mainly as a self reminder to come back and this is the only one I’ll stay at when I visit the area.

And this one? This is it. The staff was kind and accommodating and honestly I have zero complaints about my stay.

Clean and smoke free, this lodging also has a real complimentary breakfast bar complete with grains, hot cakes, cold and hot cereal and a variety of breakfast beverages to get your morning started the right way. Thank you to the staff for your hard work maintaining and keeping the building clean as well as your friendly customer service!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and the bed is so so comfortable! Lo action was perfect because it was close to everything.

I am a platinum choice member and all I can say is this is the only hotel that I stay at in Huntsville period. They are clean and always A1 with the customer service since day one. I always feel welcome when I come here to stay for a couple of nights if I could give them 10 stars I would. And they don't allow breaking the rules that's what I like about them also if you break rules or disturbing people you will be asked nicely to respect others or they will kindly take care of the issue. They do care about all the guest. Also the rooms and showers are always clean I never had a problem with cleanness. Best hotel in Huntsville Alabama if you ask me.

University Drive isn’t the nicest place but this hotel is! Clean, quiet, and good service. Enjoyed breakfast, too.

Aug. 2018 - Got a King suite at an excellent rate since we are Choice Hotel members. Room was clean, beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable with soft linens, loved the unique shower alcove in the bathroom. We literally lamented that we could not stay longer in this beautiful room. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely amicable, helpful and professional - the night clerk who checked us in was exceptional. We were in town for a very stressful time and this hotel was a reprieve. To all the staff: Thank you for taking pride in what you do! If you like this review, let me know with a thumbs up :)

The staff and their customer service rates A+++++. It was exceptional. Thoughtful and accommodating. The room met expected standards of cleanliness and comfort . The breakfast is still limited, but was fine. The halls were very well lit. Highly recommend this hotel for any travelers.

The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. As I stepped off the elevator I could smell clean linen and the carpets were clean and vacuumed. When I arrived at my room I was so relieved to see such a clean room. The room is very spacious and the bathroom also spacious, was so clean I immediately took a shower. Thank you so much for helping me feel right at home.

This hotel is very affordable and clean. And it was nice, hot water for the shower, (which seems to be hard to find right now for some reason as a lot of hotels only have barely hot water). It's also convenient to a lot of things. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.
