I had a great and easy experience. I had been looking for a 4Runner for a while now and found one online at Century. Stopped in and had an amazing experience with Trista and the entire team. Got a great trade-in value and they made my first time buying experience easy and understandable. They weren’t annoyed with my millions of questions as a first time buyer and made the entire process very easy. I can’t recommend Century or Trista enough!

He was very knowledgeable with Land Rover defenders, he was clear and very helpful!Because we only dealt with him, we will most certainly continue dealing with him in the future. Bought a 2015 Cadillac SRX with 104k miles on it. Interior was better than exterior, but it is 9 yrs old. The outside is gonna have to be clayed for rough feeling minor contaminants in some spots. Real good service records kept. Owned locally by two different people over 9yrs.The deal was a good deal I thought. Hoping we chose the right car. It rides great.
The people at Century Automotive seem to be good honest folks. They had put new tires on it.

My experience with these guys has been excellent. The salesman that did my sale was Austin McCoy. He got me a great deal and the transaction was quick and easy. Most everything was done when I arrived. On the service side, I have carried 2 different cars for service and warranty work. Patty Allison in service went above and beyond on my 370Z. The service shop even touched up some spots on the bumper out of kindness. Brandon Garcia in the BMW service shop got my M3 in top notch condition for a 2013 model. I will be using these guys as needed, especially on my foreign sports cars.

We found a jeep online that lead us to Trista and this fine dealership. We drove the hour and a half hop it wasn’t in vain. The truth is once we decided it was the right jeep for us she was speedily getting paperwork drawn up, the jeep gased (she’d already had it cleaned. Go Trista!). It was quite easy and painless. We love our experience and would definitely buy from them again. Way to go Team!!!!

I drove from Knoxville to purchase a used 2023 Bronco from Century Automotive Group. Justin was my salesperson, and he was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. he jumped through hoops to get all of the paperwork taken care of quickly so that I could complete the loan process with my bank. The car was even better than I expected, and everything was exactly how it was pictured on their website. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would gladly make the 2-1/2 hour drive again!

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Trista, and the whole experience was wonderful. I received a great trade-in offer for my vehicle, and the whole purchasing process was so easy. Trista is a great communicator and very patient and helpful to her customers. I am not surprised to see several other recent reviews about her excellent service. I will definitely look at what this dealership has in the future when another car purchase is needed, and I will be asking for Trista!

Had a first class experience purchasing a vehicle with Century. I drove from over from 3 hours away to make the purchase, and when I arrived Justin was waiting there form me and had the vehicle ready to test drive. Met with the GM (Conner) and he did a great job with my trade as well. They both made the process extremely easy and fast. Was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely purchase vehicles from them in the future.

I have been using Century Automotive Group for the past six years and I have never had a bad experience. Customer service has always been professional and timely Mike Burns over in the Volvo Service Department hands down is a great example of how professionals should treat their customers. I will aways be a customer because of him.

Easy to deal with. Upfront with everything. My vehicle was fairly priced. During my test drive I noticed a slight vibration and Justin had the service department check it out and fix an alignment issue without me even having to request it.

Sales staff was very friendly and courteous. We worked with Justin Celeski, who was a pleasure to deal with. Having associates who understand the importance of a large purchase (both financially and with quality /security assurances) is paramount and evident of the staff at Century.

John, the service advisor was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and worked us into the schedule. The mechanic diagnosed the issue with our mini cooper and completed the work in a timely manner. Price for an alignment and two new tires seemed reasonable. Highly recommend!
