Huntsville Police Department - North Precinct

I have lived in a few different states and find the Huntsville Police to be the most decent officers I have encountered . The ones I have dealt with have been professional , well mannered, cordial and not the typical ignorant bullies that are often hired . I hope the police chief continues hiring officers who want to truly protect and defend , rather than the types who enjoy using their authority to prey on others. The cops here are impressive, and make me remember the days when policemen were gentlemen .

God bless escape and every man and woman who puts their lives at risk to make the city secure . You all deserve accolades and raises .

One of the more technologically advanced law enforcement agencies in the country! These officers are highly trained and very good at what they do. If you receive law enforcement services from the city of Huntsville, Alabama you are in good hands! This department strives to hire educated employees and puts them through a rigorous background check and hiring process before they are even considered for a conditional offer of employment. These officers are polite, yet stern when necessary and display utmost professionalism. People can say what they want about police officers as a whole but less than half of one percent of officers are bad people who snuck their way into the profession and do not deserve to be amongst the ranks of America's finest. I support the police and I support my Huntsville Police Department! I love the fact that this department takes a proactive approach to crime and other problems in the community and strives to uphold the already superb quality of life here in this progressive city!

Crime has gone down since this precinct was built tremendously!
Those of us who are law abiding citizens are very grateful for the addition of this police precinct and positive input they have had in our community.
Also response time to 911 emergency calls has been greatly reduced which helps us be safer and discourages criminals greatly.
I hope the city will continue to support this precinct.
I wish to thank the people and special dogs who work there.

What kinda training are you guys doing down there? Full on chokehold on a subject not resisting. Then the officers turn and freak out and arrest a guy for filming them BEAT a man while being choked out. Hmmm aren't chokeholds completely BANNED!!!! SICKENING!!!!

You keystone cops fire Officers McCabe and Perillat yet? These 2 so called peace keepers are much more of a menace to the general public than any criminal, since they can get away with violating your rights. The more these 2 are kept on your roster, the more the public should be extremely weary of any support to law enforcement.

After watching a 5 yaer old video, I along with the rest of America hope that your police officers got some 1st Ammendment training and I hope corrective action was taken against those very police officers. Harassment and bullying of quality citizens at its finest, while the criminals are left to do as they want. Worse police department I’ve ever seen. I’ve always been a contributor to every department where I’ve lived but I recently saw that officers are willing to bully and abuse woman and children to allow a criminal, that’s a buddy, to get away with bad things. Not a serve and protect kind of force, more like a self-interest and protect their own kind.
