The owner, didn't happen to catch her name, helped me out today. Took time to help me figure out what was going on with my setup. Discussed their products with me and explained that some juices are made with lower quality nicotine (which I had gotten from a local competitor). I'm much happier with my new juice . Great customer service! I will be a return customer.

Had a great experience. They was super helpful, as I am new to vaping and trying to quit smoking. They set me up with ease and showed me how the Mod and Coil works so I can get the most out of it and they even mix their own juice....Thank You VapEscape!

Amazing and very helpful staff. Just bought some fluid from them yesterday and it is great. Also shout out to the employee who recommended a new tank for me. Just a perfect vape store, all around.

I'm (age 30ish but I've been still holding now for about 15 years) so I guess I'm 55.
In the last ten years I have shopped at 5 or 6 vape shops and refused to do business with as many. I will say that out of all of them I was extremely pleased during my visit here the owner was very polite and helpful she had more knowledge about her business and was genuinely concerned about the health of her customers health I feel very safe using her products and juices. She is a wonderful business woman if you do business with anyone other than vape escape try them you will be pleasantly surprised. The prices are better than any vape shop I have been in.

I came in not knowing what I needed to get started, I felt welcomed and I didn't feel pressured in any way, the lady (ashamed I didn't ask her name) was very patient and helpful with me while I tried to explain my expectations for vaping. I purchased "peanut butter cookies", OMG so delicious! I've been on a strict diet for a few years and I have finally found a way to indulge my sweet tooth without the guilt or dangers of breaking my diet. Wonderful place!

Always can get what I'm looking for as in coils and accessories, house juice is great as well more consistent than the juice joint in azle... Currently a recurring customer because they always have what I need/ want.
