Chase Bank

There is usually a line when we go, but, it's expected on payday, Fridays. However the banking part of it is friendly and as fast as they can be for once again being on usually Fridays. During the week when we have had to do business it's been significantly faster. I don't bank there personally, but, my husband has his personal account there, and he says he wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Everyone at this location has always been super friendly and helpful. They treat you like a person, not an account. I have really loved banking here and plan on doing so for a long time to come. The bank itself offers a lot of good things as well, including bonuses for starting an account, the ability to deposit a check through your phone or the ATM, and more. I would recommend.

Chase Bank in Scottsburg is so efficient and so friendly and take care of all the needs that you have. They are our bank. ☺ Today I called four different Chase Banks to get some information I needed for a trip. Scottsburg was the only one that answered their phone. Mary helped me with what I was needing to know. I just want others to know about this great bank & the employees.

Went in yesterday to replace Debit card, was told I'd get it Monday. This morning I received it by FedEx. Great job Chase Bank! Thank you!

I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years and have found this branch to consistently be unfriendly and unhelpful.

I have been a customer since 2006 and previously worked in banking. I recently had a very poor encounter where an employee I had never met did not ask for a form of ID and only asked for my bank card before withdrawling a large sum out of my account then proceeded to ask unprofessional questions about my intentions with it. I am now in process of changing account due to lack of security and professionalism.

This bank needs shut down. I have been a member of Chase Bank for 4 years too long. This branch actually drove me to close my accounts entirely. Management is beyond ignorant. They are easily the rudest individuals I have met to date. They throw privacy out the window by discussing account details in front of tellers and neglect to pull you into their office for a true private conversation. Only rating 1 star because zero is not an option. They are nothing but a headache. The best advice I can give is to just avoid Chase all together.

Got money out to pay rent.. My landlord just told me today he had gotten a counterfeit bill! That i got from this Chase bank!!! AVOID! If even a BANK doesn’t give “real” money anymore idk what to even think right now..
