I always have a great experience from the time I arrive and from the time I leave. Thank you to Dr. Schroeder and her team for providing exceptional care for my dogs Wally and Teddy. I'm very thankful to have Dr. Schroeder as our vet because she always provides and explains the POC thoroughly. Not only is she a great a doctor, but she's a great resource along with rest of the health care team.

Exceptional veterinary hospital. We were able to secure several appointments and get our cat seen on the same day, which is usually unheard of. Reasonable prices, but like anything related to pet health, it can get expensive. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Services are unlimited. They will keep you informed every step of the way, and quickly relay information and explain everything that they are doing, as well as explain all of your options. Follow-up is meager. Providing vital information about home care is vague and scant, so be prepared to research. I have no problem recommending White Rock. It stands out and excels in most areas. Also, you get to check out all the interesting and unusual animals while you are passing through. We even saw a huge turtle! Thank you, White Rock for helping us and saving our kitty.

Dr. Johnson was wonderful with my cat. Very patient, caring, warm, and attention to my cat's responses and behavior. Whitey was more receptive and allowed the doctor to apply an injection without hissing. Very pleased with Dr Johnson.

You saved my rabbit from GI stasis. I can never repay that debt. This is my husband's buddy and my little man and with the husband on deployment, I was terrified that I would have to break the news to him if this all went south. I called so many different vets and they either didn't treat rabbits or they had a full schedule and told me they could not see him. Not only did you make the time for him but you followed up with me and gave me all the information o needed to continue his care. Thank you so much, we may live in Lockhart but we will take all of our pets to you going forward!

I have been very pleased with my visits to White Rock Veterinary Clinic. On the last visit, I called with a sick cat. There were no appointments available but they let me bring the cat and they worked him in. He spent the day and came home better. I appreciate service like that.

The entire staff is amazing and affable! Ashlyn - you my girl!! They know all my pets and are so happy to greet them for appointments. They’ve also been there to console and comfort over the years for 3 separate fur babies that crossed the rainbow bridge. I was so impressed with Dr. Parsons - meeting him for the very first time for one of my babies end of life care - that I asked for him for my regular appointments because of his sincere and professional handling during that heart wrenching time, only to find out that he had just started there! So the great staff that’s already there is hiring on the best people they can! I brag about White Rock Vet Clinic to all my friends, even the ones that don’t have exotic pets!

I had such a a hard time at my regular vet about my very senior dog. I was referred here by a friend. The staff did not disappoint. They were very informative, caring and sincerely Genuine. They were excellent in our time of need and great with the transition for our beloved pet. I really appreciate them so much and can't begin to express my gratitude

Easy to book appointments; easy drop-off/pick up; staff & doctors are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely helpful in answering all of your questions--they care about their clients and their clients "humans", very caring. The facility/hospital is immaculate--clean, sanitized, and organized. As well, White Rock is one of the very few veterinary facilities in the area that sees/treats birds. Will be highly recommending White Rock to my friends and family.

I have used Dr. Lisa Schroeder for 20 years. I trust her expertise and appreciate her additional capabilities in Acupuncture. Even though many vets are closer I don’t mind the little drive. No one is better or more thorough. Happily, she’s with White Rock Veterinary. The techs and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Everyone at White Rock is great with our pets and us humans. The magical Dr. Schroeder has given my dog Rufus a new lease on life. I am so grateful we have found her. White Rock is part of our family’s most important medical providers and I’d never go anywhere else again.

What a wonderful vet clinic! I had to bring my cat, Thor, in as he had a swollen and painful front leg. Thor does not like being taken to the vet, at all. The tech, De’Angelo, was so good with Thor. Thor loved him! Dr Rush was outstanding and Thor fell in love with her also. He let them do everything they needed and he was loving it! What a great experience. 10 stars!!!

Upon moving to Pflugerville I had to get a new vet for my new addition to my family

Ted is my pride and joy. Never had a Pom before. Wasn’t sure why his hair was the way it was. I had so many questions. I’m very happy to say the staff was knowledgeable about bathing and nail trims. Hair care plus his vet was very good and up on all the latest test. It was his first check up. Everything was awesome.

In Nov I hot communication about his check up. Scheduled on line. Their website is great. Please try them I know you’ll be as pleased as I am.

This was my first time at White Rock Vet, and Dr. Cox was so gentle and so patient to my kitten. As a pet owner, it was really heartwarming to see how the nervous little kitten was softly treated. Already scheduled another appointment for my elder cat to let Dr. Cox check her condition as well.

Such a pleasant experience for both pet and pet owner. 🧡

I've been taking my bunny here for 5 years and he's always well taken care of with the attentive vets. They take their time, handle him so gently, and always do follow up calls to check how your pet is doing after their visit.

Karen, Courtney, Sarah and I believe Anna have been very sweet. They have answered any questions I have and give detailed easy to follow answers. We are first time exotic pet owner of two bunnies, Caramel and Snowy and we have received some much welcomed information to make sure we are giving them the best care we can. Thank y’all! We are very pleased with the level of care every staff member has shown.

I love this vet! I needed an exotic vet for my two ratties and every vet and tech that ive come across has been incredibly sweet and kind. Ive recommended them to a few different people. I brought my dog in recently as well and they were very patient and took their time with her because she is anxious.

Been going to White Rock for the past 8 years and have always been blown away with how much they care about the well-being of our furry loved ones. Dr.Schroeder and team are the best at what they do! Our family is lucky to be in such great care!

The vets and staff are all amazing and they really care. It’s hard to find vets knowlegable about rabbits (exotic animals) in the Austin area, so I’m happy I’ve found White Rock and have taken my bunny there for years. I always feel like my rabbit is in great hands with them. They’ll follow up the next day by checking in how it’s going. Definitely recommend for rabbit care.

I brought in my Florida Banded water snake to get checked out, I believed her to be gravid (pregnant) but she hasn’t given birth after an extended period of time which was worrying. Dr. Louth took great care of her and I can’t recommend them enough for treating your reptile pet!

Dr Riggan is the most amazing vet. He’s very attentive and doesn’t make me feel rushed. He does a great job with all of my animal types, but is especially knowledgeable with the ferrets.
