I would like to express my appreciation for two of your team members. They always make my toy poodle - Trini-Brown 🐶 feel so welcomed and calms her fears of Vets. Ki'era (Veterinarian Assistant) and Julia (Client Service Representative ) both are valuable assets to your team and are so amazing. We have been coming here for years.

About a year and an half ago, I moved to the Houston area. But I travel from Houston to the Pflening Animal Hospital for all my veterinarian appointments- mainly because of their care and loving nature towards dogs and my Trini-Brown. Thank you ladies!

We have been bringing our fur babies here since the office opened. Our pets have received the best care. We have always been treated so nice and like family. All staff love the pets and it shows. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen.

Great care, and on the same day I called for the 1st appointment. I will be bringing my remaining dog and daughter's cat here regularly because the vets and staff provided great ( caring & reasonable) service for my older dog and we are truly grateful !!

I love this Veterinary practice. From the time you get there, the staff always greets you in a friendly manner. They always acknowledge your pet and they are quick and efficient for check-in and check-out. I love the Veterinarian and the techs too, they are always thorough when examining your pet and listen when you have questions and concerns.

The people there are so friendly. Dr. Hansen is the best. She explains everything well and she is excellent. I certainly recommend them for you and your pets.

Dr.Hansen is the most amazing person and vet ever.
I followed her from Bastrop vet clinic over 16 years ago. She has taken care of many of my fur kids and treated each one like they were own. She helped transition 3 of our dogs over the rainbow and the professional and person bed side manner she represents is like no other. I can say enough about her abilities as a vet and a person. If you want the absolute best care for your fur kids this is 100% your vet/clinic.

Staff and Dr. Hansen are friendly, caring and professional. I've been taking my long-haired chihuahua there for years.

A friend recommended this vet to me and after our first visit I knew I should have done it years ago! The staff and Dr. Hansen are amazing. They care for all 4 of our fur babies. Although one lost the battle with kidney disease, Dr. Hansen's knowledge and compassion guided us through it. She also took the time to help us with some behavior issues with one of our dogs and I couldn't be more grateful.

OMG! Where do I start? I've had many animals from horses to rabbits and much more! Been to many animal hospitals! My three pound Yorkie was very sick and when I contacted my usual clinic, they told me I couldn't bring her in for three more days, so then I called Pfennig Lane and took her there where they did some tests and the vet explained in detail what my dog's issues were. The Yorkie was hospitalized for two days undergoing treatment and is much better and has not had the same issues. She's an elderly dog, but I wanted to make her lasts days as happy and painless as possible. I feel that the Pfennig vet has made that possible.

Dr. Hansen and her staff have always provided the best care and options for my pets. They genuinely care about my dogs and know that they are MY family and treat them accordingly. I've always found their billing to be fair and reasonable and put my trust in them implicitly. I hope they know how much our family appreciates them.

Our dogs examined and treated extremely well. Our Vet talked to us to educate us on the issues we thought our dogs us. Would we go back? Yes.

If you want a vet that can find out what is actually wrong with your dog and cares then come here. Did I mention she got me in for an appointment when my dog was terribly sick after a different vet had already dismissed my dog as being fine. He was not. Also, if you need an ultrasound for your dog, they can do it. Best vet I’ve ever been to, wish I had found them sooner!

Dr Hansen and staff are truly animal lovers! They always take the time to explain what they’re doing and answer all of your questions.

I had an emergency with my dog. They fit him in last minute and took care of his needs. They listened and took action.

Our new vet has been amazing. Very understanding and helpful. They even recommended us not running some tests that were redundant and uneeded (saving us $$$) when they could have made more off of us. If you ca. Get your pets in here do it. The staff are very helpful and doctors are extremely knowledgeable.
