My Flavor It! Place - Palatine

Tonight we visited My Flavor It! Place for the first time.... There was very little wait, and the young ladies were very quick preparing our ice cream. We had a banana split & chocolate malt... both were very delicious. I totally regret not getting here sooner!

My family and I stopped at My Flavor it Place after a stop to rest in the midst of our bike ride. We parked the 4 bikes out front and sat at a table outside along the quiet adjacent street. I went in with my oldest as my wife and youngest stayed outside. We had prompt and friendly service and received our order quickly. The place is clean and cozy with limited indoor seating. We came outside to find the other half of my family being chased by bees that wanted to say hello. When the bees saw my ice cream I became their new best friend. Due to the bothersome bees we decided to take our treats to the BEEutiful park on the next block, whereas we were also greeted by the welcombee committbee.
Looking forward to my next chocolate shake, but next time without my buzzing buddies.

Their shaved ice syrups are real sugar! Something I never thought made a big difference until I tried it.

Well, it makes a huge difference; in the best way possible. Prices are such a good value for what you get, all while supporting a lovely local business!

I'm sad to say I have not been to u guys sooner!! I have ordered a few times, delivery service. 1st time, it wasn't enough! Scarfed it down so quick. Haha. Other ice cream shops don't compare. I love adding the diff toppings and trying new combos. My kids and I enjoy very much ! I can't wait, would like to try one of your homemade smoothies next 😋 Thank you again, have a great day ❤🧡💛

It is a little known fact that there is a secret tunnel between Hawaii and Palatine, Illinois. The shaved ice at My Flavor It! is as close to a visit to the islands as you will ever find.

Had the Panama Sky (Pink Lemonade, Orange and Lemon) in a slushie and my girl had a delicious milkshake w candy pieces n a pretzel n cheese. Very tasty :) been to the other locations too and they're nice as well

I wanted to take my kids to a local ice cream shop on a random Wednesday after lunch and this was the only place open. I’m so glad it was because it was delicious!

I’ve never had soft serve that you could add flavors to but my kids chose cotton candy and they loved it. We also got a yummy rainbow shaved ice, and a pretzel with cheese sauce. Really something for everyone!

I want to add that i don’t really like ice cream usually (i know, i know, I’m crazy) but the one my kids got was so good i actually stole a few bites!

The store was spotless, there was a much-needed roll of paper towels for melting ice cream on a hot summer day, outdoor seating, generous servings, and the sweetest girl helping us select and create our treats.

Highly recommend!

Cute little shop for shaved ice, soft serve, slushies, and shakes with multiple locations in the Chicagoland area. Workers always have a smile on their face and their frozen treats are the perfect refreshment in the summer.

This was my first visit and absolutely loved it! I just had ice cream with a bunch of toppings but I really want to try the shaved ice with one of their many flavors on it! Definitely will visit again :)

I so wish we had a flavor it place in Michigan. Anytime we come to visit we make this a priority. My wife loves the ice cream and my son and I always get the shaved ice. Super helpful staff and amazing service.

Just moved to Palatine 2 weeks ago and found this place while out for a walk learning the downtown area. I took my 4 1/2 year old daughter there and she enjoyed it. The ice cream was very good, nice staff there on July 13th, we will be back!

Love the vibe of this place and all the workers are always super friendly and helpful, it gets busy on the weekend but they handle it great. The soft serve is amazing 😍 and they have so many different flavor combinations for the sno cones!

Cute place with real shave ice, not snow cones. Also heard their seasonal pumpkin flavors are made from real pumpkin. Looking forward to trying other flavors.

Great tasting ice cream with plenty of toppings to choose from. Lots of flavors for your slushies, shaved ice, brainfreezes, ice cream and milkshakes. Very friendly staff.

Very good ice cream, definitely compares to two of the other hoppin' spots in town but admittedly the young staff leaves a little bit more to be desired. Nothing personal, but I think a little more attentiveness and maturity could really make this place shine.

Yummy shaved ice treats with and without ice cream.. fun place to go for a cool and refreshing treat. Or Just because you deserve it. Friendly staff.

Reminded me of home ( New Orleans), next time I will have to ask for extra juice so I can really think of home. I will go back
