Great food, great staff, and the vibes are great 💕 I really dig the LOTR menu they have for March, and I'm excited to see more specials moving forward! (especially if it's soup). Outside of specials, I would recommend trying the Q-becco (breakfast sandwich with caramelized onions) and cold brew. Support your local bagel shop!

Even with a line out the door they were fast and friendly. The bagels were fantastic, sandwiches were delicious and the cream cheese was light, fluffy, and extremely fresh. Great place to go!

Outstanding service!!! My coffee was amazing and the baristas really take the time to listen. There was a really rude customer in front of me and the workers handled it very professionally. I have included a picture of their updated menu.

photos online can never do this place justice. it's adorable, cozy, and welcoming with a very sweet staff including one of my favorite and most talented baristas in Huntsville. the coffee and food are both just as awesome which is super impressive to see each of those categories getting equal quality and care. my favorite is the cold brew!

What an amazing find!! I didn’t like bagels until today!! Great service, great atmosphere and just an overall awesome experience!! Great job guys!! We had the hot chocolate, bacon egg and cheese and the smoked salmon!

Lovely local bakery and coffee shop. Enjoyed a nice poppy cake and a cold brew today with a cinnamon brioche to take home. Always enjoy reading a good book or getting work done here as it's quiet and peaceful.

I love the everything bagel breakfast sandwich and their coffee is quite good. The service is always 100% and the aesthetics of this cafe is unmatched!

Being from Seattle I've learned Huntsville doesn't have the love of coffee we do up north but this joint is the exception! It has the best atmosphere, service, food and of course COFFEE!! We tried the salted rosemary latte, Q-becco, Fathead and a sourdough loaf. Everything was delish! The bagels and bread are fantastic but the latte was perfection. We will definitely be back!

Great food and service! Locally owned shop with fresh-baked bagels and breads daily. Locally made cream cheese offering as well. Many coffee choices along with several sandwiches on the menu. Casual, comfortable atmosphere.

Tucked away off Church Street in Huntsville, this place is a sleeping giant. Great coffee and a amazing variety of bread. It resembles an eclectic mouth watering local-faire restaurant one would find in Portland, Oregon. Absolutely the best Brioche in the Southeast.

Delicious food. Did the Sourdough breakfast sandwich one day and BLT on another. Drove down again to show my wife the place, she loved it too. Plot twist, this place has great coffee too!

So great every time we stop in when we are in Huntsville! Great barista that makes the drinks and delicious and fresh bagels !!

**Edit - Update 12/8/2022 - Just went in today and ordered my Lox and Loaded and the bagel seemed really small and it was hard. Maybe they just had an off day, it was still filled with salmon which is the most important part, but was a little disappointed with the bagel itself. **

Been wanting to try this place for the longest time. Finally stopped by and got a Lox and Loaded and it even though it seemed pricey it was so full of salmon I felt like it was worth it and I can't wait to come back. The sourdough is nice and crusty on the outside and chewy inside. My son loves it. He is obsessed with bread.

Came here looking for a great breakfast, after finding out about this place from the internet. I ordered the Lox and loaded which is a bagel (Mine was everything) with salmon, tomato, cream cheese and capers. It was amazing with the bagel nice a chewy but not over chewy. The coffee was amazing as well. Nice refreshing cup of the vanilla bean latte. Wonderful place to come and enjoy a nice breakfast.

BLUF: Yes, absolutely worth an out of the way drive. If I lived in Huntsville, I’d stop at this little Canadian bagel shop every day! Hands down better than Einstein. Superb, hot, fresh Americano! Unique and Deee-licious bagel flavors.

Great atmosphere, super service. I split a blueberry bagel with fig-honey cream-cheese and a cherry-coke bagel with vanilla bourbon cream-cheese. They were fresh, warm and delicious!

The Canadian Bakin is the perfect spot to grab breakfast or brunch. We both had everything bagel sandwiches both were delicious! This is a popular spot and it was hard to find seating as each table was full. This space had a fun atmosphere and felt very welcoming. Service was great and bagels were delicious, we definitely recommend this spot.

Awesome small business here in Huntsville! I have had a few clients bring me sandwiches from here before, but haven't been to the location myself. Very cool design. Great customer service. Killer breads and sandwiches. Support small business, folks! Happy they were open on a Sunday, too!

The times I have been, the line is always out the door, but it's worth the wait! My husband and I got The Lox and Loaded (my personal favorite) and The Down Payment (fancy avocado toast) with tomato soup. The tomato soup is good, but has a little bit of a kick to it. Everything I've had from here has been yummy!
