These guys did a great job. First off. They answered the phone. Answered all my questions without attitude. Once there. No high pressure sales. Exceeded my expectations! They installed new sub and amp for me. I liked them so much I booked my son’s vehicle to get an entire stereo system put in. They did great on his as well.

John is excellent. I drove all the way from Springtown to do business with John! He didn’t let me down! It aches me to see negative reviews that go unchanged by google. I would never believe that there was a reason to give John anythjng less than a 5 star review!! He earned that and I chose to drive by other shops all the way from Springtown to see him for a remote control for my f250! Keep up the good work, John!!!

I’ve had Jon install back up cameras on 6 different vehicles for my business, a sound system in my Motorhome with multi monitor camera system’s in the past. I just recently had him install a super nice system in my mini cooper complete with sound deadening material, new mid’s, high’s, custom sub box with (2) 12’s and multiple amps to run it all. It is by far the nicest sound system I have ever had and continues to give me smiles for miles.

John was super helpful with all my issues!! (Sorry about the chaotic mess in the back seat) I really recommend going to see him for any wiring problems. He was able to install the amp I brought regardless of it being not the best of options for an amp haha! He made the wires that were exposed, disappear just like I asked and the subwoofers and amp work great. Thank you so much for your hard work dude! 🖤🤘🏻

I blew out a speaker in my front door, called John to set up an appointment and was able to get in the next day. He's knowledgeable and replaced both speakers quickly and at a great price. They sound great! Thanks John! If I decide to get a subwoofer in the future I'll definitely be in contact.

So I just got some work on 7/15/2020. And they did a awesome job everything sounds great, and the sells rep was extremely insightful on what is the best speakers for your application. Now I must say I am a very cheap person and any time my cars need any work I usually preform the work my self due to be in the industry and see first hand the shouty work usually preformed. But they did everything exactly like I would have done it. And for the price and quality you will not fine better.

This man is definitely knowledgeable in this field of work. Extremely nice, honest work. I had another shop tell me amp was fried, took it to Jon, he shown me on volt meter that amp was no longer getting power.

The guy was very nice. He also checked an amp for me to see if it was gone and his opinion it was so I believe he's correct and I've got to go buy another amp. I bought an amp and everything works awesome. Thank you for your opinion and your time.

I had a custom built sub-woofer, amplifier and a pair of tweeters installed into a 2019 Mustang convertible. I went with Jon's recommendations which were spot on and lower cost than I expected. He takes his time and does the job right. Final results exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to go back.

I had an excellent experience with this business and Jon, the owner! I needed a dash bezel replaced on a 2004 Titan; not an easy job. I made an appointment, Jon was ready and got right on it while I waited. An hour later it was done! He did a beautiful job and charged a very reasonable fee! Definitely a 5 star operation!

I met with Jon about a little over a week ago to install a car alarm, keyless entry, and remote start on my 2018 Chevy Colorado. He has done great work and by staying late, even completed same day. He was patient when I questioned him about what appeared to be a problem but turned out to not be one. So far, so good. This truck was a brand new truck and I'm very selective with whom I'll allow to work on it. I'd work with Jon again. Great work, nice guy. Thanks Kim for setting up a time for me to swing by!

John and Kim are GREAT! John was able to point me in the right direction of an in-dash radio to suit my needs and wants for my Acadia. I even had an additional question about a feature and he not only answered my question but made it happen!! The prices are lovely and his work is spectacular! Definitely will be returning.

Jon has been in business longer than any of the other shops around. He does honest, and quality work.

I first met Mobile Sound Service and Jon when I was roughly 14 or 16, before I could drive. That was MANY years ago. He used to work on my CB radios before I could even drive a car. I used to ride my bike up to get my work done. now that I do drive, he has installed every sound system, electronic device (that is a lot too), and alarm in every car I have ever owned. I have never had a ride without some kind of a system in it, and I have had a lot of cars. Jon has done them all.

This speaks volumes for this business. I am not the only decades long customer of his. Most of his clientele are. He welcomes new ones too. He knows his stuff, and wont try to over sell you. He will tell you the truth, and not try to load you down with crap you don't need or want. He warranties all his stuff, and does excellent work so that this is not really even needed. Prices are reasonable too.

Just got my 2017 Kia Forte back and Jon was awesome. Helped me every step of the way, got my front two speakers installed very quickly and they sound amazing. And I gotta say, the prices were great! I'll be back for some subs and Amp asap! Thanks Jon!

John is very good at installing car audio system I don't have no complaints. He is verh kind and he honest and helpful with any question you may have. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with his services.

I went to get my system put in my SUV. They did a great job. They where fast and best part about it. You can't even see any wire showing. The owner also had to fix my speaker wire cause it was wired wrong. They where honest and they are not expensive like other places. I will definitely be back to upgrade my radio in my SUV. Thanks a lot guy.

Very pleased with their install of a powered subwoofer in my car. The install work is excellent, the systems sounds awesome now and they were all very nice and friendly to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing audio work done on their vehicle.
