I love the customer service David was very helpful. Throughout the entire process, David was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. Him and his coworker answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt comfortable , confident in my decision & well taken care of!! I would definitely pass the word on to others that in need of a unit David and his family owned business is the place to go!!!!

Unbelievable customer service. They stayed past closing to help me and my family. Drove almost two hours and they were waiting on me and helped me tremendously. The friendliest and most professional out there. We appreciate y'all so very much and recommend you highly!

Renting a storage unit was super easy coming from out of state. Everything done online. Pricing very reasonable. Close to my daughters college. The owners super friendly. I’d definitely be using them again.

Great staff! Leeann was SO helpful and sweet! This was my first time ever needing to rent a unit so I was unsure what I needed 😅 Leeann answered all my questions and was super friendly. Dave the manager offered to show me to my new unit. He took the time to show me to the property and had a great conversation. Awesome experience! My wife and I chose this awesome company to store our household items in as we wait for our new house to be built. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her experience with this company. They communicated with her very efficiently and were able to get a storage unit to fit our needs quickly. Pro tip: bring your dogs and you may just get a discount! Just kidding, but for real.

They are extremely easy to deal with and SO friendly! The units are clean and well maintained at a very affordable price! Highly recommend!

As a side note: you are told upfront your grace period on payments and price! No surprises or hidden fees to try and get over on you.

We chose North Parkway Mini Storage to hold the contents of our four bedroom house. We selected a 10x20 unit which fit our needs perfectly. The facility is clean and secure. The staff is friendly and professional. I really like the room in their front office that shows the different sizes of the units like a reference guide you can stand in. That feature was very helpful in deciding how much space we really needed. When we were ready to get our stuff moved again, they had U-haul truck rentals right there ready for us to use. Quite convenient! I would definitely use North Parkway Mini Storage for your storage or truck rental needs.

I've had a unit with them since, around 2016. Great staff and safe units. I would highly recommend them. Only problem I've ever had was when you call and make a payment, don't go through call center, that's a different story. Call center agents aren't that knowledgeable.

Zach was so helpful and sweet and explained everything! After I paid for the unit, Dave had me follow him and he gave me a tour of the area and showed me where my unit was and how to operate the lights and how to park and how to lock the unit! These 2 were so nice! Thank y’all!

I love this storage place!! They kept my sons stuff safe and secure. Being from jersey I am glad we didn't have to lugg all of his items home. I left my lock key in new jersey and they helped me get my lock off super nice and professional

NPMS has an exceptional staff. I am glad I chose this enterprise for cleaning my garage of unnecessary items that I want to keep but not see every time I park my car. (Flower pots, old books, etc). This is a convenient and modern facility.

Amazing place to store your items! I used this storage unit for over a year and moved out due to finding a new apt but everyone was always so helpful and friendly when I needed anything! The place is very clean and secure! Definitely would recommend and come back if I ever need to store my belongings again!
