Staff is helpful... but the entire bank system is terrible, its a hassle to activate cards. can't deposit then withdrawal, u have to wait up to 3 days till u can pull money out. Now they try to automate the phone calls, which makes everything more of a hassle, maybe stop depending on computers for human work and the customers might be a little more happy to be leaving their money in their hands. Get rid of computer programs bring back human systems and maybe everyone trusting yall would be a little happier to do buisness.

I think the bank should have to reimburse us for the times when we drive over to use the ATM and find out it is out of service. This bank is a big disappointment

Called for the first time to inquire about a land loan. Got put on hold immediately for 8 minutes before I hung up.

It seems the system is down all the time and funds are frozen when this happens
