Their phone etiquette is not professional. They are short, snarky, condescending and rude. I’m sure they get many calls with the same question but need to understand “we” don’t understand how the court works. When I called inquiring about a ticket and how to pay for it, they answered on speaker phone. I was given a generic answer. I could hear a person in the background laughing and commenting about my inquiry. I was frustrated because it was my minor daughter who had called a few minutes earlier and got the same generic answer. She said,” You just called earlier” I explained that she “did not ask for her name nor did she address her name during the conversation, how was she to know you knew who she was?” She placed next on hold. Another lady answered and she was much nicer. She answered my questions. It is not ok to be rude on the phone when people call to inquire about something. You have no right to be rude.
