Ideal Dental McKinney

I was so impressed with how down to earth the orthodontist was, and omg the staff were just so bubbly and made us feel important. They asked questions, not the typical "hello, let's look here and there and we are done." The Dr and staff actually established a conversation. I have been a faithful patient of Ideal Dental in Plano for over 11yrs. I am always impressed with their service. I googled how Ideal Dental brand was started, and boy was I surprised. No wonder their staff and team of doctors are top of the line. I recommend them 100%.

I had a great experience today. I stopped in for a retainer and found that I needed a deep cleaning due to tartar build up . The staff was very friendly and the doctor was great with explaining their process and administering the shots. Special thanks goes especially to the lady that held my hand and dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and especially the front desk admistrator. Everyone was so friendly and understanding I'll definitely be making this my primary dentist.

The best Dental service in the area! Very professional front office staffs, Dentists & Drs. Our family including 2 kids have been visiting here for more than 5 years and I certainly recommend Ideal Dental McKinney for their best care & services. Be it wisdom tooth removal, root canal treatments, fillings and regular annual care, you can simply count on this facility!

To the receptionists to my favorite hygienist to the dentists, everyone who plays a part in my dental care is black or a person of color. This has made my experience improve greatly over time. I started going here when I moved to the area and I won’t stop coming here! 10/10 recommend especially if you don’t like going to the dentist!

The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and seemed to care about my teeth. My wife has been a patient and now me and our son are as well. I thought they were going to give me an expensive bill with all the imaging and work that was done but the prices, with my insurance, were cheap and I was given a veteran discount.
