After seeing all the positive reviews I took my great-grandmother’s wedding ring in for repair. It was missing one sapphire and had some prong issues.

They repaired it in a manner of days, at a fair price, and did an excellent job. Chris also inspected A LOT of other pieces for us. Really appreciate his time and help.

Went to My Diamond Shoppe to get a watch battery replaced and was greeted by wonderful staff. Amanda was really nice and helpful.
Their jewelry selection is great with reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this jewelry store.

My Diamond Shoppe welcomed us with a warm smile. Debbie and Chris were friendly and helpful. They took the time to get to know us. We felt right at home with the dedicated one-on-one atmosphere that was not over the top. The quality of the products is evident. My boyfriend has gotten me my 2 favorite pieces of jewelry here, a gorgeous necklace and a promise ring. Both are so stunning and well made, and Debby always takes good care of us. Everyone here is always smiling and in a good mood, and they always repair anything I need fixed on my ring. Everything is so gorgeous at this store and the customer service is amazing.

I recently had a watch stop working that was very personal to me. I went online to find a jeweler that I felt comfortable taking it to and one that I could use for future repairs and jewelry purchases. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to take it to My Diamond Shoppe in McKinney. All the reviews I had read stated how personable and professional the owners of the shop had been. I found their reviews to be 100 percent truthful. Just as I had thought, the battery in my watch had gone bad. While waiting as a new battery was being installed and speaking with the owners, I became completely comfortable that I could bring future jewelry there to be repaired and purchase jewelry with a feeling that I was getting honest value.

I frequent here often and always have a great experience. My daughter had a ring sized and I just picked up my wedding rings from getting their annual “dipping” experience. They look brand new again! Thank you as always Debbie!!

I went here for something simple and they still treated me like I was buying a high ticket item. I liked that they didn't discriminate or treat me differently. I brought my wedding set to be fixed and altered. They did the job within the exact time frame that they originally told me and even gave me a discount. I really appreciated their personalized help and suggestions. Great place to go for jewelry alteration, not just sales.

This is the jeweler I have shopped at and taken my jewelry to be repaired for 17 years. Family owned and excellent service and care for customers. Today the post on my diamond earring had gotten bent Chris fixed it while I waited. So thankful for this family owned jewelry store!!!!

I went in to Diamond Shoppe today 04/17/21 and asked the owner if he could fix my son’s necklace. My son thought he did not have to open the chain and that he could just pull it off over his head, hence a broken chain/necklace.
The owner had it fixed in 2 minutes. I went to pay and he just told me to do a good deed for someone today. I want to say to him, Thank You so much for your very kind deed. You made my day . I appreciate Your kindness immensely 😊

Reliable, quick and quality service! Needed a wedding band resized, and had called a couple of jewelry stores in town - My Diamond Shoppe was the only one with the skill and trust that said they could do it in the same day. Nice to see a jewelry store that still offers personalized service and doesn't simply send its work off to factories. Love that they are family owned. Would recommend as best jewelry or jewelry repair store in a McKinney!

Staff was very helpful. Ordering a watch band, getting watch batteries installed plus a great deal on a ring for my wife. We are very lucky they are so close to our house. Have been shopping there since we moved to McKinney in 2015. Highly recommend!

Just got my wedding ring set cleaned, resized, everything to make it perfect! They also did my fiance's ring which they customized with his grandfathers ring. They are absolutely the best I've seen around and know what they are doing! They went beyond the wow factor and have 2 lifetime clients! Chris and Danny are amazing!

Thank you for adding links in my favorite watch and replacing the battery in my 2nd favorite watch!! All while I did my grocery shopping!!! Fast!!! What I thought may not be able to be repaired was fixed while I waited. Then they told me the repair was free! Great service and now will always take my business there!

Excellent high quality repair - Wedding ring band was worn thin and cracked. They replaced the worn part with a new thick band for added strength. Wife was soooo happy it looked better than new! Great price considering the amount of gold added.

I had three things repaired here. I love that the store is local, and the jewler is on site. (I don't like my items to be sent off, as there is too much room for error.)
The repairs were done very well, and my jewelry sent back sparkling and looking like new! Very reasonable prices. I will be going to them for all my repair needs.

I went in with a Michael Kors watch that I bought at Ross to see if they were able to make the plastic band smaller. I don't like wearing watches as bracelets. Well, a beautiful blue eyed man (Kurt Russel or Patrick Swayze?) took one look at it and removed a little piece from the end. I had to laugh that it was so simple. But, it was still a little too loose, so I asked he could remove a plastic link. If he could, I was expecting to leave it there and pick it up at a later date. Well, he came back out within just a few minutes and had it done. Fits beautifully. Extra pieces were put in a little bag. And no charge. After that I was going to look around to purchase something and then realized that they had it all covered up and were ready to leave for the day. So, not only did he fix my watch for free, but did it right at closing time. I will go back to shop.
