Kroger

Appearing as an older establishment, the store is impressively well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the quality of their produce section. Today, I grabbed a couple of steaks which were not only reasonably priced but also appeared fresh. I'm definitely planning to return for more shopping!

I was at this Kroger about a month ago, I was having issues finding what I wanted. Late store wasn't busy, cashier helped find my items..1st time at this Kroger..helped with check out..we had nice conversation while waiting for my ride to finish shopping.
It was great as a family member helping his Gma that have a handicap. I am waiting for a ride to go back. I ❤ the atmosphere. Thank you for helping me feel at home back in little town called Danville Illinois.

Love this Kroger location! Always great produce and friendly atmosphere for shopping! Your Kroger card will save you money and give you major gas discounts, especially if you shop on Friday! Love it!

Great store, large and diverse produce section and floral department. Always clean and organized.

A new reason to come here is because a good Chinese Dumpling restaurant (Steam Dumpling) just opened nearby, so will enjoy a fantastic meal after the grocery shopping 🛍

I always get my sushi from Lou, at Kroger. His customer service is phenomenal and his sushi delicious!

I like Kroger because they are open later. This store is clean and the employees are very knowledgeable.

Thank you very much for Pick-up Lead Daniel，I ordered a instacart online last night. Came to pick up the order at the end of the afternoon and I found that everything was wrong. It was a completely unfamiliar order, and Daniel was very enthusiastic to confirm it and gave me the customer service number of Instacart. It also helped me compare the order received by Kroger and found that it was a instacart system error. In the end he helped me solve this matter perfectly, thank him very much！Daniel，you made my day！Really thanks for your job ！

Geoff is HEAVEN SENT !!! It is raining and windy and I went to go pay cash with my last $20 to my name until payday.

The darn thing flew away as I was sliding it to the clerk .

The clerk gave amazing and above and beyond customer service and came from behind the booth and helped me search the parking lot for the money to no luck.

The clerk phoned Geoff , he came out and helped us look as well and it was unable to be located.

The amazing man pulled out a twenty from his own wallet.

Wow the customer service here is outstanding. They are friendly, kind and go above and beyond to help. Whenever I use the self checkout Trevor is right there helping me with kindness before I need to ask. Hannah was also very kind, friendly and quick when she was my checker the other day. I find myself driving a little bit further passing other grocery stores to go to this Kroger. The customer service is a breath of fresh air!!

I went in to buy gift cards yesterday to Kroger and used a coupon on my app that was only valid on Fridays and Saturdays. My screen did not show this exception so when I purchased the gift cards I didn't receive as many points as I had expected. The cashier called the store manager Kurtis 2 look into the matter. He was understanding of my situation and presented me with a Kroger merchandise gift card to make up the difference. Thank you so much to Kurtis for taking care of his customers. Many thanks

HUGE shoutout to Daniel who was tending the carts in the parking lot today.
I inadvertently left my wallet/cell phone combo in the cart when I stored the cart in the parking lot cart return. Complete air head move.
Went home. Then utter panic set in. Thank goodness I live close by. I raced back and saw Daniel doing his job. He told me he had already found it and turned it in to customer service. Which they gave me a few minutes later. What a relief. I went back and found Daniel, tipped and thanked him.
It is so nice to find young men like Daniel. Honest and hard working. To the GM of Kroger, you have a fine young man working for you! Keep an eye on him. He could go far in your organization!

Love this location. The Starbucks inside makes great drinks as well. I love going in the morning. After 5 it tends to get busy. The pharmacy is always so helpful and fills my medication within a timely manner. I have also won $$ on a scratch off from the scratch off vending machine 😂

I recently had abdominal surgery and I can barely walk. I sent my handicapped mother who walks with a cane to get me something to eat for dinner a few minutes before closing. I called ahead and told the store manager Jason what I wanted so he could help my mom pick out stuff in time before they close. He was so nice and totally obliged with helping me and my mom. I love this store and friendly employees especially the older guy with a goatee who works the self-checkout registers at night. Great people and great food. I have never had a problem with any food that I have purchased at this Kroger. I highly recommend it <3 :)

I've noticed one particular employee who stands out. His name is Robert! He is always smiling, saying hello and is so pleasant. During the course of this year he has assisted me in finding what I need, helped and answered questions I've had, served me in the prepared foods section of Kroger, behind the deli counter, finding bread I needed and even recommended some purple grapes in the veggie and fruit section. They were delicious and went well with the deli foods I bought. Keep up the good work, Robert!! You are an awesome Employee.

We have some great customer at this Kroger. I have had them help people buy groceries when they were short on money, A lot of them have great attitude’s I enjoy cashing for y’all,

Nice store. Much nicer than the Kroger on Independence near me. I had a bad experience here once though. I was putting Christmas tree on the roof of my car and some employee made a nasty comment to me. Oh well that employee no longer works here. Have a nice new year!

Such great service and Bobby is such a sweet guy! My family and I walked into the store on this below freezing morning to grab coffee and a few household items and while approaching the Starbucks in the store, he asked to pay for our order! We can’t be more thankful and appreciative of his sweet, sweet gesture.

Best neighborhood grocery store! Good food selection, great bakery & meat department, excellent cheese counter. Majority of the staff are super-friendly and recognize regular customers, which more than balances the surely few.They also typically have a good selection of seasonal items. If this Kroger carried shoes & clothes I'd never have to shop anywhere else!
