We have known Kory and his family for over 25 years, and he always provides top notch service and high-quality work. With our recent roof replacement from hail damage, he was extremely dependable and showed his vast experience in working with not just the insurance company, but with the various crew’s and contractors doing the various work. He not just delivered on his quotes, but went above and beyond to even do small repair work himself. Kory and his team did an amazing job painting our house exterior as well as installing an all new gutter system at a fair price. Kory came over each day for an onsite visit and catered to my OCD detail as if it was his own home. He’s a general contractor so he knows what to look for and point out in real time. They really came to help when help was needed! They were professional with their timeliness and attention to detail. They were also reasonably priced. I would choose them again.

I got a free estimate and my shutter pulled halfway off my house.

I was a repeat customer which makes this more disappointing. Corey came to my house we spent 45 minutes reviewing the scope of the project. He told me he was going out of town but would get me a quote before he left. He failed to perform which I wasn’t surprised at. I reached out to him 3 days later he said he’d have the quote and he said he would have it to me within 24 hours. He failed to perform again. I gave him another 2 days and followed up. He then said ‘well I just figured you wouldn’t accept the quote so I didn’t do it’. To which I said no I’d still like the quote in fact I said just give a ballpark number. He said he was going into a meeting and he would call me back with the quote. He failed again. What a pathetic way to run a service oriented business. If he can’t even provide the easiest part of the job, a quote, I wouldn’t trust him to perform and follow up on the actual work.

Never received an estimate even after I called and emailed several times. Find it strange.
I guess they don’t need the business.
Oh well, I have moved on.
