Pulled in Saturday (5-27-23) morning of Memorial Day weekend.. after delivering at Mercedes Benz with a bad alternator on my Freightliner Cascadia. They had one in stock and got right on installing it.. I was in and out in less than 3 hrs and continued on to Midland TX. Great staff and work..

Let's start with the warm, welcoming. When I first walked in, there were 5 people that told me, Hello. Next, Matt listen and completed a estimate sheet with 10 mins after speaking with him. Thomas, 😀😀😀 is one of the GREATEST service writers in the market. Rodney, the master tech knows his stuff. He is very detail and accurate with the repair details and standards. I don't know the owner, but whomever he/she is picked the best people!!!! I own a peterbilt and they got me a upgraded transmission, rears, and repairs for a AWESOME PRICE!!! I will be a returning customer. Keep up the AWESOME WORK & JOB. This shop is the prime example of TRUE, HONEST, SMART AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

The people I met this morning were absolutely wonderful I had a great time got to meet a few people the atmosphere in the job itself very clean and nice. It's the type of place I would love to work for great people wonderful atmosphere.

5 out of 40 reviews were bad ones, a much better percentage than other so-called dealerships in Dallas. I am needing to get St Jude Catholic Church a truck for volunteer work and no one has called me back from this location.
