The whole operation is made up of honest, hardworking folks. They follow through on their promise of no hidden fees. Brian in sales did a great job helping me find the right camper for me. Joe in the service department answered all my questions and really helped me out as a first time owner. Definitely give them a chance before buying from the big corporate dealers.

I'm very glad we looked at a trailer at the RV Guys before we went anywhere else. Brian was very helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured to buy, but the trailer we looked at was exactly what our family wanted, so we decided to pull the trigger. They made the process very quick and easy. Then it was time to walk the unit before picking up, and Joe with the service department did a great job explaining everything. When one issue was found during the walk through, I didn't even have to ask, they just made sure it was 100% fixed and everything would be in as close to perfect condition as possible before we brought it home.

Saw a golf cart via marketplace ad - called the dealership and spoke with the salesperson (Brian) who posted. Gave me the facts about the cart and was the least pushy salesperson I dealt with (sorry if that gets him in trouble, haha).

Brian was great throughout the entire process, including delivery of my cart. Walked me through and explained how to even save money on the maintenance (instead of attempting to persuade me to buy more!). Matt (finance manager) was able to get me processed quickly and made no empty promises/issues.

I live an hour away and never had to step foot in the dealership. The whole process was provably an hour or two and then 20 minutes of setup/explanation during delivery.

Seriously, it was the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing an item. I have more problems buying groceries at Walmart 😂

Let's start with Kevin my sales rep. I called The RV Guys interested in a trailer while I was overseas coming home from a deployment. Kevin immediately knew the unit I was talking about and offered to hold it with deposit until I was able to see the unit in person the following week.

Given unfortunate health conditions, their finance guy was out sick but Kevin kept me throughly informed until I could come in and sign the papers. Every time we agreed to meet each employee was on time. I hardly had to wait more than 2 mins.

The following weeks, I signed the finalizing paperwork. Kevin gave me this awesome mug for my first camping trailer.

Joe the service manager gave a in-depth and excellent walk through of all the electronics and mechanical parts. I left with no question unanswered.

Overall, If I could purchase 10 RVs it would be from these guys. The offer a great selection, fair prices and clean environment. They are a small family owned business and I felt all my needs were taken care of as a first time owner.

I have had a great experience at RV Guys. After having many obstacles in other places, when I arrived at RV Guys I found people willing to help, especially their service manager Nick Kubis and their employee Sam. On other sites I had to wait up to 4 months for an appointment and at RV Guys they processed my warranty and fixed my RV in less than a week. I highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Aliner from The RV Guys. Daylene was absolutely terrific! She was always available and even answered our questions on her days off. We never felt a high-pressured sales pitch. Daylene took her time and let us take our time and talk things through with her and each other as we we making this important decision in whether this was the right fit for our lifestyle. We picked up our camper and immediately took off on our first camping adventure and Daylene made sure our camper was charged and ready to go. We had an amazing time. Joe was also the best. He installed a few items for us on the spot to help protect our trailer even more and took his time explaining the features of the camper to us until we felt comfortable towing it off the lot. We are very grateful to Daylene and just love her!!!! We highly recommend The RV Guys work as a team. The parts department was wonderful as well in helping us choose the necessary surge protector and items they felt would be important to protect our camper, but we never felt pressured into buying something that didn't deem to be important. We bought a used bumper pull travel trailer that was in great condition. Clean, Clean, Clean, Like New. They fixed the few interior cosmetic issues. They resealed the trim on the exterior where the previous owner had taken a hard right and hit something. Parts department helpful and knowledgeable. Remington our salesperson was knowledgeable and personable. Although he did bale after the sale to help a customer on the lot, more power to him.

We made the short drive to see the selection of trailers at The RV Guys. We did not have an appointment but Daylene made us feel very welcomed. She took us and showed us the campers we had researched and offered all the information we needed. After seeing those campers she was able to determine what we were looking for and showed us some additional campers we might be interested in. She took the time to give as much information as possible and it made the difference in selecting the camper that seemed to fit best for us. We were able to choose a camper and we felt great about the decision.
The paperwork was prepared quickly and we were able to make the purchase with no difficulty or hiccups. They offered a great warranty plan and extra goodies from the supply store that we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The RV Guys showed us respect and compassion and we greatly appreciate their hospitality. I would highly recommend The RV Guys to anyone looking to purchase a camper or need any services they may offer. We had a wonderful experiencing purchasing our 5th wheel from The RV Guys in Valley View. The whole experience was refreshing! Everyone we encountered had great customer service and were so kind and helpful!! We looked at several other dealerships, but none had the level of positive personal feel that we got at The RV Guys.

These Rv guys are awesome! We just recently bought our camper from them and gift on the get go mike was awesome and not pushy in the sale, he just wanted us in the bight camper. Then Matt in financing was straightforward and didn’t try to give us the runaround, now onto pick up. Joe was great on getting us in and out and answering any questions we may have had on our camper

The RV industry is pretty unique. Even though nearly everyone in it appears to have sold cars in the past, the experience is somewhat different. My journey started out at Vogt RV and then transferred to Holiday World after I couldn't really get a response from the sales people. Vogt sells Jayco which a buddy of mine has and enjoys it quite a bit. We started seeing issues around service in their google reviews and that brought us to Holiday. They look to have great reviews and our initial experience was quite good. We weren't in a huge hurry and the Holiday guy told us that they would "sharpen the pencil". Great, how sharp are you going to get? I could never get a straight answer. The advertised price plus second AC, anti-sway and TTL was $53k. So I countered with $49k. The response was, "do you think I'm Santa Claus?!" Honestly, I thought it was a pretty good offer. Which reminds me, don't be offended by these places. There is some mild intimidation tactics that are used that are disguised as humor and even though I'm not a super sensitive guy that then led me to look around at other dealers to see if the price was indeed comparable. I mean, I do have a choice of where I spend my money. Enter, the RV Guys. I found the same trailer priced at $42k rather than the Holiday $45+. So I messaged them and asked if they would add the second AC and anti-sway for $49k. Remington got back to me and said, well, we're already under that. The trailer already has the second AC and with the anti-sway out the door we're at $46k. Look at that? Indeed, it's in the picture. So I told Holiday and they said, that's a good price. Ha! No more jokes? I read the reviews for the RV Guys and some of them are pretty entertaining. The owners responses are also pretty entertaining but we decided that the content wasn't actually concerning. I can say that though the RV Guys office is relatively small I did not hear any personal information about anyone being discussed. Anyway, long story short, I told them the interest rate that I wanted and how much I was going to put down and they got within 24 bps of the rate so I was plenty happy and I saved $7k over the other group without getting into a fight or having to argue or lower myself to insults and name calling. So now I'm an owner of a Keystone Outback 340BH.

Update: picked up our RV today. Very professional delivery. Tammi was great and gave us what we NEEDED. Walk through was non-rushed and thorough because man, I had a lot of questions.

Brought in our 2020 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Diesel Pusher today for a yearly service. We had oil changed, all filters changed, front end lubed, airbags inspected and 2 AC's serviced. We worked with Steve and he was incredible! We are on a tight schedule and in town for 1 day. we called ahead and got to the shop first thing in the AM. Steve kept us informed throughout the process and even gave us a few pointers. We were back on the road by 3:30 (In time to miss the DFW rush hour and get out of town. I would recommend the RV Guys to everyone! 5 star service all the way!
