Medix Infusion - McKinney

This is the best customer service, we have received in the last year from medical professionals. I was skeptical when we first arrived. My husband is non ambulatory and we are accustomed to poor customer service. We arrived early to our appointment and they allowed us to come in before they were open for service. I voiced my concern about my husband being transferred to the recliner and they reassured us over and over. We were allowed to see were he would get the treatment and later moved to a private room. This was over the top to keep us from wheeling back and forth to the bathroom. They helped with transferring my husband who is almost 6 feet and 285 lbs. The kindness and care that was shown melted our hearts. We were there for six hours and it was like being at a resort. They waited on us time and time again. It restored our faith in the medical profession. We highly recommend this facility. Thank you Aliyah, Indigo and, Karen the other RN nurse (who really went above and beyond) Thank you for all you did both days. You should educate others in healthcare how to treat those who are sick and going through life’s struggles. Kudos to your entire staff!!!

I owe Medix Infusion in McKinney everything. I was there to receive my quarterly infusion injection and when they talked to me about how I was doing I mentioned a couple things and Aliyah decided to wait on my Injection. By doing so when I later got my diagnosis it was mentioned to me that not getting my Infusion was huge and will definitely affect my recovery in a VERY POSITIVE way. Aliyah and Karen put my health first and didn’t just give me the injection. They CARED and I owe them a HUGE THANK YOU!! I highly recommend this Infusion Center. It is definitely PATIENT HEALTH FIRST…and done in a very friendly way. THANK YOU!!!!

My wife's doctor recommended Medix' treatment for arthritis. A month go. She's in agony, and these jackholes won't answer the phone or return a call. Think we'll keep looking.
