The service at this salon is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly! I got a haircut from Leslie and she did such a great job, she listened to my hair concerns and made me feel so much better by the end of my visit. I have curly hair and it can be hard to find a stylist that can cut it right but every time I have gone here I have always loved the way my haircut turns out. I am very happy with my cut! I got an amazing haircut with Stephanie. She was very nice and informal. She also helped me find a better hair style for my face shape which no other stylist has ever done for me. If you come here, I highly recommend you call and schedule with her. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

I had a great experience with Shauney. It was my first time with her and I'll definitely be rebooking. She is friendly and does great work. She gave me exactly what I wanted for hair color. I left feeling good and happy about my hair.

Rich made this experience better as well. There was a scheduling mixup and he was able to fix that for me.

Customer service can really make or break a company, and I can confidently say that I have never been to a salon that upholds the values of hospitality more than 209 salon. I am always greeted, offered a beverage, and everyone is consistently kind. You can tell that the owners really value their customers. I will definitely be back!

Ashley was amazing! She transformed my stubborn black hair beautifully. Loved her warm personality and the easy chats. The atmosphere was delightful. I'll definitely be back. She's a sweetheart! I was so impressed that I already booked another appointment in two weeks! This is definitely my new go-to place for hair.

Shauney is the absolute best hair stylist you can have. I’ve been going to her for almost 5 years and I leave impressed every single time ! I’ve gone from complete platinum to pitch black hair.

I requested a haircut with some bangs and it was beautifully cut . The lady who did my hair was sweet and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the attention to detail!! The price was not too bad for a cut, shampoo and quick style!!

Women's Cut
I have been going to Leslie for close to a year. She's the best. Not only a talented stylist for myself, I recommended my wife to her who wanted to go from having long hair to a stylish short cut. Leslie nailed it. Leslie is also personalabe and always greets you with a smile. Rich, the owner, is very accommodating and gives great customer service.

This place is probably the best salon I have ever gone to. I recommend this place 100%. When they were washing my hair they gave me and my mom neck and head massages. And the stylists there are very delicate and patient doing you hair and I didn’t get hurt once. This place is very amazing and I will be going here from now on. My stylist was Shauney and my mothers was Courtney (they did great please ask for them if you want baby soft hair)<3

I’m a new customer at Salon 209. Blindly was paired up with Stephanie. She’s pretty funny, great personality and very good with scissors. I believe I’ll go again here soon.

I thought I was going to need extensions for my fine thin hair, but the stylist recommended a special cut instead which saved me from spending $$ on something I thought was my only option. Come to find out I didn’t need after all! She saved me money!

I love the open air feel of the salon with the design in white and the chairs throughout the room. I love Emilie! She's the owner and been my hairstylist for 12+ years. She encouraged me to try something different. She gives great ideas especially specific to your type of hair. She also suggested bayologe for my college daughter so she could have a more sophisticated look, but it will still look great as it grows out and she doesn't have to do it but 1x a year! Great suggestion and she loves it! I have enjoyed getting to know her and her staff. Friendly salon! Try them out!

Both Melissa and Mckinney locations provide awesome experience! Mary is my stylist and was highly recommended from 2 friends I trust. Sooo grateful after moving to a new area and leaving a salon I went to for a decade. Mary took the time to talk through my expectations and my history covering the grey. Yzma did a red gloss on my curly hair and it came out amazing! I was so scared of getting a permanent color and she offered to do a gloss and it last me like a month :). I just wanted it form my birthday month so it worked perfectly ❤
