McKinney Dental Group and Orthodontics

Was really really good experience! I went for a root canal today. I would like to say this first, I've been so many dentists since my whole mouth have 0 good tooth. It cost me really really nervous every time I know I need to do a root canal! I nervous about the needle part! I was too nervous that even had a dream that all my teeth fall out, last night! But until today, I met Dr Victoria with her helper Axel! They both really really gentle and talkative. I told them how nervous I was. They both would make sure I know what's coming and I am ready for it for every steps. Dr Victoria has really good skills on putting the anesthetics which I scared the most! She was gentle and with her soft tone making sure I can handle it smoothly! One thing, I need to mention: Nurse Axel would tap on my shoulder during the time when Dr Victoria putting the anesthetics for me. He stopped tapping when she stopped. So that way I know how long it takes. This really helped me!!! If you are also hate the needle part. You know what I am talking about - I want it finished ASAP! And the taping would tell!! I asked and they said they came out this idea. I told the I LOVED IT! Overall, I was really happy that I had them for my root canal done today. Thank you Dr Victoria n Axel!

I had a very positive first experience at the McKinney Dental Group! Cristian was a wonderful technician; he was friendly and accommodating and made me feel comfortable during the X-ray procedures. Dr. Shuja was an amazing doctor; she took the time to educate me throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated, and made me feel very calm. The front staff were also super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Overall I would definitely recommend this practice!!

McKinney Dental Group has the best service, professional staff and after a root canal, crown, gum treatment and an extraction miraculously I’m in very little pain and discomfort. They were gentle, kind and attentive all week. Great job and I’m coming back with my daughter then my husband.

She is caring, sincere, gentle, exquisitely skillful, and she and the clinic use modern, professional, state of the art dentistry equipment and practices. The clinic atmosphere is calm, family friendly, and supportive of all ages... I've brought my husband and trustingly recommended my 90 year old mother-in-law. All of the professional dentists and oral surgeons instill confidence in their dental work, and the dental technicians and office staff are knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and friendly. Anna (dental tech) is especially caring, as is Sophie. Anna remembered me, even though it had been more than a year, longer than usual, since my last visit. Dr. Nagaruru and the McKinney Dental Clinic perform excellent work and treat you like family. They make smiles be happy again.

I give dr.nagaruru 5 star when making a crown. She has made 3 crowns for me. All crowns fit like a glove the first time when putting in my mouth that is quite something! I did not even know the new crown was in my mouth as it felt good. Both Dr.Nagaruru and her assistants Anna and Maria are very nice.They aim to please and they do a very good job of just that.

Have to say,I am not a fan of going to a dentist,but on my last visit I was stressed out about my visit. But these two ladies anna and Khalifa were amazing. Funny, professional and kind. Dr Nagaruru is the best Dr I ever had. I have a great trust in her. Her staff Anna and kate are excellent. Makes you feel comfortable and good.

After years of being terrified of the dentist and other personal issues, I was in very bad need of dental care. MDG&O saw me straight away when I needed them, and the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and informative. I was more than satisfied with my experience there!

Had a wonderful visit today. Dr Lowe and her assistant Anna was very good. Very professional and made me feel comfortable.

My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed and we went here and had Dr. Mohammed Al-Obaidi do the surgery.
My daughter is a difficult patient. She is on the autism spectrum, has bad social anxiety and does not like to be touched. Add to that extremely difficult veins. We have had doctors give up finding a vein on her.
Dr. Al-Obaidi was WONDERFUL. He took so much time explaining to her and I every step of the process. He was very aware of her issues and was taking such care to accommodate her so she was comfortable.
He said he would attempt to get a vein 3 times and if he couldn’t get one we were not going to traumatize her any further and make a different plan. He got it on the second try which is a record for her. We have had 30 year phlebotomists tell is she’s the only patient they were unable to get a vein on.
He also did us an enormous favor. I won’t mention exactly what it was but suffice to say he went above and beyond with his care and concern for my daughter today.
Some doctors do not have good bedside manner. That is NOT the case with Dr. Al-Obaidi.
I want to thank him and his whole staff for their exceptional care today, 12/15/23. Everyone was fantastic with us and went out of their way to accommodate my daughters needs.
I apologize for not remembering his assistants name and the name of the office lady. All were WONDERFUL to us!
