My wiring in my home was messed up tremendously and I called McKinney Electrician Experts and let me tell you, they are the BEST by FAR from any electrician I’ve used in the past . They are super affordable and super efficient! The only people I do business with for electricity problems!

Called several electricians however these guys just stood out when they were able to start troubleshooting my issue with electrical breakers for new home. They did have to charge for a service trip but we’ll worth it since I live quite a ways out and they went above and beyond and knew what they were doing 💡

Strike one, strike two, ya don’t get strike three - After seeing strong reviews on Google, I called and booked an appointment 6-days out. Great! Then, six days later, no call/no show for our appointment. Called back, to check/reschedule - “Ooops, our scheduler forgot to add you”. Super apologetic, and rescheduled for 5-days later. Ok, holding breath a little. Five days later, no call/no show (AGAIN). We call back to “check in”…. “Oops, so sorry, trouble with a truck”. We’ll call you back…. 🤷🏽‍♂🤷🏽‍♂

We understand “things” happen. Might even be great electricians (hell, maybe even “experts”), although their front office and communications certainly were not. Looking elsewhere. Thanks for wasting two weeks.
