She was very patient with me as a mother trying to convince my teen daughter to decide on glasses. We kept her gift card for over a year and Jennifer made it happen! Thank you! For your patience and time.

I love the service and the staff there but I don't enjoy their policies.
I paid for a pair of Raybans that I wasn't so sure about and kept them for a day or two and decided they weren't the right look. I brought them back in the same condition that I purchased them and instead of being able to simply swap them out for another pair that I liked, their policy is to have you fully return the pair and wait 5 business days for your money to be returned back to you, then have to go through an entirely new transaction. That part I didn't like.

Attendant was kind, helpful, and patient which I really appreciated cause I had my busy toddler with me. I highly recommend people stop by if they are ever in the area.

Nora, the store manager, helped me customize an Oakley and was super courteous and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back for another pair of shades!!!

Sales associate, Alicia, was very polite, helpful, patient while I tried on a lot of sunglasses and very friendly. She wasn’t pushy at all. An enjoyable buying experience.

Came in during the Pandemic(COVID-19) Maura was sooo very helpful and even informed me that Sunglass hut has a sister store.They had a wide slection of designer frames. We went searching for my husband some sunglasses. I was pleased with how many we liked. I will definitely be returning to look for myself.
