if DRY van you are in and out quick but for flat bed is 1st come 1st serve too BUT there is more flatbed trucks than dry majority of time so go spend the night there and get behind the last truck on the street report at 7am at window behind the guys in front of you already. keep track of that..

This is the place to go for Cross-docking services. Excellent customer service, they helped me take care of my truck when nobody else could. I recommend them 100%.

Here was a good place to get unloaded, now they make time, stolen time and take easy job 23 doors and just one truck by hours wasted truckers time for no reason avoid come around

Checked in at 8:30 and got a door assigned right away. Coming in to 4 hours just now and still they have not touched my trailer. 2 other drivers checked in in front of me and there trailer's have not been touched either! They require you to turn off your engine. I have not turned off mine due to the heat and have not been told anything

What a slow place to unload, 4 hours waiting the get to the dock, plus unloading time. Understaffed not enough workers to take care of everyone.

Avoid this place. The driver asked how long it would take to unload us, and they advised it would take a maximum of one hour. In the end, we waited for five hours. They have 12 docks, and we were the only truck on site.

The only"decent"reviews are gunna be from friends who really aren't truck drivers who were asked to write a good review...that's it.As you walk in the atmosphere is relevant that even from management they're lazy and want everyone to expect less because that's the demeanor of the supposive"customer service".This place employs all the people who want a job but really don't want to work.And keep the bullshit narrative"we go to lunch at 12 and not back til 1"...obviously the management hasn't ever implemented rotating lunch,and/or rest breaks because they're all gunna complain like more of something is owed to them because someone else went before them.Bullshit company to get loads for.

This place sucks bad customer service I spent 35 minutes just checking in while the lady was on her phone. And company policy that we turn off our trucks it was 100 degrees out. Me and my dog were stuck in the heat.

truck drivers are not allow to use their restrooms. (It’s there company policy) they have restrooms for their employees only . This are the words from the people, who seats in checkin window.

the forklifts don't want to work and the truck driver has to spend twelve hours there to unload for the comfort of the forklifts

I have come many times to unload here and it is always the same, all the drivers who come here need to complain because it is disrespectful, many times they have not given me time to load because they take a long time, they are always on break, they need a boss who be respected here

Invito a los dueños de esta bodega a ver las condiciones en las tienen a su personal y a los operadores . Es inhumano que no hay aire para los empleados y tampoco proporcionen un driver Room para esperar mientras son descargados , y hagan apagar el camión como si el clima de Houston fuera agradable .

Tengo muy mala opinión de este lugar las personas con muy mala actitud, se demoran horas , se la pasan platicando en la oficina y no hacen su trabajo y cuando te dirijes a ellos te responden de mala manera , te dejan horas en las puertas y luego se van a su lunch regresan después de más de una hora y aún sigues en las puertas , he estado desde las 10 am esperando para descargar y aún a las 3 pm no terminan , no vuelvo a traer mis troques aquí
