Anytime Fitness

Hey, so I used to go to the Katy, TX location, but since I moved to Dallas, this one is closer. It's smaller and doesn't have as much equipment, but it's clean and everyone's friendly. Can you lower the price of the protein shakes in the fridge? 4.99 plus tax is way too expensive. One perk we should get is discounted drinks. Even discounting a dollar or two wouldn't hurt your profit that much. I'm only saying this because the Katy location prices are 2.50 and they sell a lot of them.

As I told the owners in my text. The gym is VERY VERY clean. I appreciate the work involved in this exceptional level of cleanliness. It doesn't happen by accident. Just need some maintenance on the cardio equip.

i have been to about 10 Anytime Fitness locations and this is by far the BEST. The regulars are friendly, the staff are friendly and personable and the new owner is by far the best i have ever met. (I forget names but she is there on thursdays) and has no problem stepping in and cleaning the toilets or whatever is needed. That is not something you see very day. The equipment is well kept, they have the HackSquat which is rare in the other locations i have been to, they have the complete BootyBuilder machine (one other location i've been to has a scaled down version of it). Overall the best Anytime fitness i have been to, i will drive from Frisco to this location because of the equipment.

Fyi this is the only gym I've ever seen that keeps hair ties out for us:-)

Had my first post retirement work out today at the Anytime Fitness in Far North Dallas. I was super impressed with my trainer Jacob. He’s very knowledgeable and explains what each exercise is for and watches you to make sure you’re doing it properly. He’s very encouraging as well. I want to concentrate on my fitness now that I have more time and I’m glad I’ve found someone I’m happy to work with. The other trainers I’ve met are also very personable. Highly recommend this location.

I have been a member with Anytime Fitness for many years and this is BY FAR the best location i have ever been to.
Starting with the entry into the gym, an alarm goes off if two people enter in one member card swipe. They have plenty cameras and security which makes me feel super safe going there any time of the day.
They have a little self serve kiosk where you can buy everything from drinks to protein bars and even guest passes at any time even not staffed hours.
The gym is so clean and well maintained, even the bathrooms are never dirty. The equipment is very high quality and they are super quick to fix a machine if broken.
They constantly investing into this gym to improve it with the newest equipment and machines. They have the high quality treadmills, a stair master, the ladder machine and even a curve treadmill! Like this gym has literally way more options in equipment and machines than some of the bigger gyms that are triple the size! So you are guaranteed to get a good workout in for whatever your goals are. It is also never overly packed.
The manager at this location, Mason is also absolutely the best. He is always so helpful wether he is on the clock or not. So thoughtful and if you ask him for certain equipment or cant find something or have any questions or concerns he will make sure to help you in anyway possible.
I feel always so very welcome and safe at this location! Definitely recommend!

Recently went to this Anytime Fitness. Found the facility to be very clean and well managed. Definitely will use this facility again.

I love going to Anytime Fitness at Preston and Frankford in Dallas. The place is always immaculate, the equipment is great, and the environment is always friendly and welcoming. Jacob, my personal trainer, is also fantastic. I've been seeing him twice a week for over a year and feel and look so much better than when I started working out with Jacob. I should add that I do use the gym at least two to three other days per week when I'm not seeing Jacob. Can't say enough great things about my experience there. It truly has changed my life for the better -- and I'll keep going!!

The staff at a gym can make all the difference in the quality of a location. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful Jon has been. She is knowledgeable and friendly, provides out standing customer service, and makes all the interactions I have with her a wonderful experience.

Thoroughly enjoy this gym, was greeted upon entry, modern equipment, very clean and very organized. Not only that but the music was actually pretty good, unlike many AF gyms. Visited this gym Feb 3 and thanked Jay for the work he does.

What a difference a change in ownership can make! The new owners have steadily been making improvements to the facility since their arrival. I understand that it’s still a work in progress, but the fact that it’s kept clean and that updates are in the works, lets me know that the facility will continue to improve as the months continue to pass. Maya is my favorite person there. She’s ALWAYS polite, personable, and quickly handles any need that may arise. It’s nice the way she always greets us with a smile and remembers our names. I’m truly enjoying my membership experience. 👍

My home away from home! This gym is not your typical gym. There’s no intimidation or judgment and it’s never too crowded or loud. It’s easy to get in and get your workouts done without distraction or delay. The owners are amazing and are accessible to all. The staff and trainers here are kind, patient and really like family. The facility is kept clean and there’s always new equipment, upgrades snd enhancements going on. I appreciate that there’s 24/7 access, but also security to keep us safe for those late nighters and early morning risers. Best gym ever!!

This is one of the best Anytime Fitness locations I’ve been to. There’s lots of great equipment and the owners have been adding more since I started working out there. It’s always clean and usually not too busy, so I know I can count of getting a great workout there.

Hands down this place has definitely improved. I attended this gym 2 years ago under old owners and was not a fan. Had a bad experience with owners and etc. So I quit coming. I haven’t met the new owners, but new management and employees definitely way better. They’ve definitely made a tremendous difference at this location. Mason was definitely an awesome person. Glad he was the one to do my account and etc. He was very informational. Great customer service, and makes you feel very welcomed. Overall an awesome place!!!!! I definitely would recommend this place to everyone. ( I’ve been to several of there locations and this one personally is my favorite)
