24 Hour Fitness

Just opened 2 days ago. Everything shiny new and very clean, as one would expect with a new facility. All equipment latest and greatest. Everything a super sport should have: pool, spa, sauna, steam room, more than enough cardio and weight machines! Friendly staff! I'm in town on a business trip and this 24 hour is better than most back in Houston!

I have been a member of 24 Hiur Fitness since the late 90s. I have changed locations over the years as they opened and closed. This location is by far my favorite over the years. It has a huge floor plan and plemty of equipmemt to accomodate everybody. The staff is nice and work hard to keep the facility clean and the equipment working.

OMG! I'm sitting here working out & just witnessed the GM; A female named "Krista"...I literally just watched her Remove, DEEP Clean, & Re-Rack Entire Dumbbell racks FULL of WEIGHT! OMG! Thank You soooo much for leading by example! You're AWESOME!

Went in today for the first time in a long time. Justin at the front desk was so amazing and helpful taking me directly to the machines I wanted to work out on. It was a great experience and I’m motivated to go again tomorrow. Really good experience!

Very clean, seems to be very new. Refreshing versus some of the gyms that have been here for years.

So far this is my favorite 24 Hour Fitness location. I have always felt comfortable and never judged and everyone has been very sweet so far. I love the spacious layout and the pool, sauna and spa are all amazing. I love how the locker rooms are set up as well although there is literally always wads of hair on the floor in the showers but that could just be from other members being disgusting and lot cleaning up after themselves which is typical because you know... People. But anyway, I definitely recommend!

I know that Staci is there but when I come and visit from California, Staci and I will join as guests in Rachael’s Zumba class. It was so great having her on the month before but I’m hopeful that we’ll see each other again someday taking place in Richardson 24 someday.

Clean, friendly and professional! Don’t look anywhere else to find a gym. They truly care about your experience rather than just getting a sale. I’ve been to many other gyms and no one is as friendly or clean. It is such a nice change to have a person sincerely greet you when you walk in and tell you to enjoy the rest of your day when you leave. I have never been in this gym when I haven’t seen at least one team member picking up weights or wiping down equipment, much better than the dirty gyms in this area! Keep up the great work!

My membership at 24 hour for 2 reasons. Lack of operation hours and sub par customer service. I just so happen to run into
A staff member by the name of Chloe. She made things happen that not even the sore manager was willing to do. Not only did Chloe save a member from leaving because she could tell I was dead serious, moreover she took initiative in which exceeded my expectations and fixed my problems.Chloe at Parker road Plano 24 hour fitness is an exceptional employee. Someone promote this girl !!

Great gym. Basically brand new as it opened early this year. A lot of different machines, pretty much everything you would need. I joined after the reopening and they do a great job with the Covid 19 issue. Its easy to book a workout on the app and the members are great about distancing and wearing masks.

It's really great to be able to go to a gym like this right now.

This place is enormous, almost like a superstore for fitness equipments. It's new so all the equipments are in great condition. The place is clean and tidy. Love the fact that it's not overcrowded. Their manager, Konrad, is fantastic. He and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Ask Konrad for help when signing up for memberships. He can help answer any questions you might have about goal settings and fitness strategies. He gave me a tour of the place and was so patient in answering all my nitpicky questions.
It's a great place to go and work out! I especially enjoy the pool and hot tub... it's huge!

I've been with 24 hr fitness for over 15 yrs because there were so many gyms near my house in N Dallas but then covid happens and most of the locations near me closed down but luckily I found this awesome newly built location in Plano only 10 mins away. I love this gym...super friendly staff who remember your name, gym is one of their flagship new location that's very clean and modern, has a lap pool and basket ball court as well as lots of free weights, machines, personal training area and huge group fitness room for Less Mills & Yoga classes with the latest equipment. Thanks to the pandemic I am happy I found this 24 hr fitness location!

I went in to check things out after a year off training.
The facility was bright, clean, and well laid out.
The manager, Konrad, showed me around and answered all of my questions. He obviously uses this equipment, a lot, and it was really motivating to speak with him.
I signed up for personal training with Rocky. I was apprehensive at first, but he was easily able to train me around my lifetime of previous injuries. I was surprised to learn new things every session, especially since I’ve been doing this for so long. Rocky’s knowledge of training, diet, biomechanics, etc. goes as deep as you need it to.
I’ve tried most of the equipment at this point and it was all well maintained. The pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub were also clean and well maintained.
Overall, I highly recommend this facility.

We visited the 24 Hour Fitness facility to check out what they had to offer. We really liked what we saw. We talked to the front desk guy Konrad who explained the options available for membership and personal training schedules. He was very professional, polite, friendly and gave us a great customer service!

I went to this location just after midnight and i was mind blown. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. This location is only a month old so all the machines/weights are in working order. But i was also impressed with some of the machines they had in the gym. Updated with specific hip thruster machines as well as standing leg curl machines. Not rare, but was a nice thing to have that not all other gyms do. Dope place, check it out.

Good gym with all the equipment I need to get a good workout. Well managed and Aaron has always been helpful with all my gym inquiries.

Best gym experience in Plano! Don't believe me, and come see for yourself because you wont be disappointed. If they don't have the piece of equipment you want to work on either you don't need it, it's a specialty piece they may have intentions to bring into the location. Just ask for Manny or John and they will deliver the very best service

Great staff and honestly I love seeing the cleaning crew all the time. They are constantly making sure the place looks great. Hopefully they bring some early morning classes

I was a McDermott gym close orphan and East Plano took me in off the streets. With a more central and convenient location for me than Fairview, I was beyond excited for this opening. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a pleasant new car smell! Staff has been overwhelmingly friendly! If you too are a gym home orphan or looking for a place to reach every personal health goal join me at 24 Hour Fitness East Plano!!!

Definitely 5 stars! Manny is really nice. I have difficulties when upgrading my membership, he's so friendly and help me figure it out. Whatever questions you have, just come and ask for help. He will handle it and the only thing you need to do is just enjoy your time!
