Ms Jo was very sweet and tried her best to help my baby girl find the perfect boots. She didn't end up finding a pair that she wanted in her size but the experience was all the best. I would definitely purchase from this store again. Their customer service is unbeatable. They make u feel welcomed and make the shopping experience enjoyable and make you feel like you're the only one in the room.

This is the best western boots and clothing wear I found in the Houston area, they have great customer care and service and they have layaway too, not that I needed it but it was good to know if I ever did. I highly recommend this store you will buy something large or small I dare you to stop in and look around.

Amazing store! Felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in. Janet was so amazing to get our boots ordered. We even got some shirts just because the wonderful and friendly staff helping us out!

I have shopped here several times Over the years. They have always been patient and professional. I have been happy with my transactions. A bit of advice. When I buy new boots I wear them in the store and walk around for 15 minutes or more. I ALWAYS keep the original receipt and ask about the return policy. I wear them at home a lot ON CARPET ONLY. If I don't like them I return them according to the store policy. No problem.

This is an awesome local store. A nice selection of western wear. The staff here were incredible! Very knowledgeable and kind. The customer service was so much better than the other stores I visited. I ended up purchasing an awesome pair of ostrich boots. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Very caring and honest. I took some boots I got someone to bring me from Mexico. I told them I paid $200 and they told me that they were only worth $75. I was not happy with my friend . I went browsing and saw the exact pair that I showed my "friend" a picture of to bring me. I was told by my Friend they were worth around $800 in Mexico....
I paid $180 for the exact same boots. I have no job and was saving for a special Christmas present for myself.
Be careful of people who say that they are your friends.

Good boot selection and great customer service. They even have there hat shapers, and boot re-soles boot in store.
