i recently had a tree fall on my house. i filed my claim and the next day a state farm adjuster called and scheduled to come by 2 days later.As scheduled she was there at 8:00 am and performed her inspection. At the conclusion of the inspection she stated she would get back to me probably the next day. Around 4:00pm that same day she called and asked to come back at 5. When she returned she explained everything in her report and what it was based on. i asked her when i should expect the claims check, she responded by saying it was in the folder i was holding along with all supporting documents. thanks to my agent and state farm employees for resolving this so quickly.
