Richland Inn - Lewisburg

Colleen made this stay wonderful!! She even had sweet treats for breakfast. She was super helpful with recommendations. I felt like she works there 24 hours a day. Very kind.

This is a great place to stay, willing to help people when they can. Which is more than I can say for the other hotels in the area

The are very nice people we stay about every 2 weeks the all very clean

I was met by a friendly and efficient staff. The free breakfast rivals anything offered by holiday inn express or the other large chain hotels. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, juice, coffee etc etc. It was delicious!

The room and bathroom was very clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. As an added plus, housekeeping did not wake me early in the morning.

The parking area is well lit and smoothly paved with an additional lot in the rear for larger vehicle parking.

Chris was top shelf. He efficiently resolved a miscommunication on room type. Within five minutes, he created a satisfactory solution set. Breakfast was brought to us every morning to boot. Richland Inn and its sister property will be our go to hotels in Marshall County. Well done, Chris!

Very happy with our stay here! Room was very clean as were the towels and bedding. The lobby was temporarily closed so no continental breakfast but the room had a mini fridge and a nice microwave. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The front desk lady has been very nice and welcoming. The room is nice and clean. Everything works the way it should, cold air and hot water. Having a pleasant experience so far. 😊

The people at the inn were extremely friendly and courteous. They knew we were in town for our daughter's surgery and said very kind words to us. They also gladly refunded the last night of our stay as we had to go closer to the hospital. They made this difficult time easier with their generosity, and it did not go unnoticed.

I can't even find words for how nice the gentleman at the counter was and how safe I felt my one night here. It's extremely well lit and there are security cameras everywhere. Thank you!

The place was clean and the staff was okay. We came in near midnight so I only got to see a couple of em. The rooms were not musty which is a sight I'm used to in motels. The breakfast surprised me as it was a pretty good breakfast for the pricing of the room. It's on par with an econo lodge or something of the sort. When I'm back in town, I'll be staying here

Very friendly staff when arriving and at breakfast next morning. Room was cleaner than Hampton I was at in Florida. Glad I was able to reserve online with my phone which is not always possible with smaller properties like Richland Inn.

The staff here are very generous! Always clean and meet your needs. A very good place to stay for great comfort .

Omg the recliner chair they got in the room is LIFE! I've never seen anything like it! Not even at the Hyatt. It's the simple things that make such a HUGE impact!
They even provide an extra blanket that you can wrap yourself with on the lazy couch! Like how AMAZING is that?!
Their a/c is pretty dope too!

The Richland inn was very welcoming and a great place to stay. We stayed there to attend a Spartan race event and they were kind enough to let us have a late check-out to let us shower and clean up after the race. Highly recommend this location.

I'm currently staying here. :) One of the LBPD, upon hearing I was homeless, called into her dispatch and procured me a room voucher for a night. I have been homeless, mainly in chicao, for the last two months and one week. It's nearly impossible to get a full nights rest in my car, even when i'm comfortable, and honestly the rest I do get isn't too restful. (It's hard to sleep anyways when in 'survival mode'). I loved the elderly woman, who was more than professional and poilite; she manned the helm this morning. The night shift youger women is an absolute dear and very personable indeed! She's sure to be a job to speak with if you stop in and she isn't busy. (Please do give them raises! :D Or at least kudos from me.) I highly reccommend this establishment. The rooms are neat and clean (Though the room Im in might do with something other than yellow, but that sort of cosmetic item isn't at all anything but my opinion here!), they have a continental breakfast in the morning (which I certainly will attend; though please don't bring it into the rooms, house rules!) which even has a waffle iron! Wow! In the rooms they do have a medium sized mini fridge with freezer, Microwave, moderately sized flat panel tv, pop out ironing board with iron, an ok sized desk and the hot water certainly doesn't run out. They could use some buisness for sure! So if you wish a home away from home for a night or two; snag a babysitter and pay em a visit! The doors are locked with a wireless card reader so its easy to get into the rooms without any fussing; unless you forgot which pocket you put your room 'key' in like me! :D Have a great one folks, bravo! (I'd chose blue walls, actually ;3)
