This is a charming historic cafe in an adorable town. A meat and 3 with additional options
The catfish was delicious and the creamy slaw was the best I’ve had in a long time.
My hubby enjoyed the hamburger steak with pinto beans and dressing. The only thing he didn’t care for was the gravy on the dressing. Next time he will get it without gravy. The dressing was very good.

The food is always great. My favorite is the chicken pot pie on puff pastry, and they make a great burger, too. They have some of the best restaurant Mac and cheese I've ever had, too. I had never heard of carrot souflee before, but now it's an obsession. We also love the corn nuggets from the appetizer menu.

The staff is always friendly and prompt - they never leave us with empty drinks or sitting and waiting ages for the check.

It's kid friendly, homey, clean, and just All all around fun place to visit when you go to Bell Buckle. We love it there, and we ALWAYS go in when we make the drive over! It's worth every moment of the 45 minutes!

had such a wonderful lunch here to celebrate my little brother's birthday!! if you can, try to get a reservation beforehand, or you'll expect an hour+ wait! the food was yummy and hot as always, and the waitresses & staff were amazing and very kind!!! i've ate here multiple times since i was a child, and will definitely be back here again. well worth your time & money. don't forget to grab you a moon pie or a slice of fudge pie w/ ice cream (my favorite) on your way out. 🩷

This was an amazing stop on our way to the Jack Daniels Distillery from Nashville. The service was great and the food even better. Real small town charm and the best meatloaf I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend!!

This is a great place for good homestyle cooking! The food was delicious and we had great friendly service. I especially loved the meatloaf (very favorable.) We have heard and read about it for some time. We just never made it down there, but it was definitely worth the drive to Bell Buckle. We will 100% be coming back and much sooner than it took for our first visit!

Cozy Cafe full of comfort foods! Get your name on the list because there could be an hour wait or more on the weekends. Highly recommend the fried corn and smothered pork chop !

If you love Southern cooked food, this is the place. Smothered Pork Chops and Fried Cornbread. It was heavenly. Everything we had was good. The Fried Okra was outstanding. The catfish was hot and good. The Carrot Souffle will seal the deal.

This was our first time eating here, it is some of the best southern food we’ve eaten. I highly recommended it. We were walking by later and there was an hour and 15 minute wait. That speaks for how good it is in my opinion. The service was top notch.

We had a really nice lunch with a very large group. We loved the food (country fried steak, grilled pork chops, apple and blackberry cobbler), but most of all we were so incredibly impressed with the service. Our server (I think her name was Nayah? - so sorry if I got it wrong) was amazing! She was on top of everything. This was a group of more than 50 people and some of us were a bit high maintenance 😃. Our server kept a smile during the entire 2 hours. There were other amazing servers but she was great!! I highly recommend this place. It was a cute little gem in Tennessee.

This is a genuine southern American dining experience. The vibe makes you feel like you're in someone's dining room waiting for supper to be served. The photos tell the truth from this place, everything I had was as good as it looked.

I love this little restaurant. The furst time I came, I ordered the Grilled Chicken Breast, really not expecting much. It was very delicious however! I ordered it again on my most recent visit. Bell Buckle makes a fabulous day trip and this cafe is the perfect place for lunch. Everything we ate was delicious. My favorite sides are the fried okra, fries and broccoli salad! Staff is friendly. We did not have reservations on a Wednesday and had no issues getting a table. I'm not sure if they accept reservations or not. I believe they used to have live music on the weekends in the summer. Not sure if they still do that.

I coordinated a wedding yesterday at Rustic Elegance in Woodbury. Bell Buckle Cafe catered the event. They were amazing! The caterers arrive on time, with a smile. They quickly and efficiently set up all food and drink. All of the food was delicious. They were incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful during the cocktail hour and reception. We could not have asked for better service.

Great MC ride destination. I have been here several times and the food is always fantastic. Several choice on meats and vegetables. A good selection desserts. Apple peach or blackberry cobblers. Ask for the dessert special for the day. The place is usually crowded on weekends so be prepared to wait. I usually call when I am about 1 hour away and get added to the waitlist.

Had to wait to be seated.. Very busy.. but after I received and ate my meal, I can completely understand why. The Food was excellent. Country style cooking, well worth the wait. The staff was friendly, courteous and doing an amazing job. I hope to visit there again soon. Another on my "Favorite Places to Eat" list.

Been eating here for years. If you are ever needing a pit stop between Chattanooga and Nashville, this is you spot. Today we stop for lunch and it did not disappoint. The chicken pot pit could have had more chicken rather than the potatoes but all in all it was still a good lunch. The service is great, the prices are fair and tea is sweet & cold. Be sure to check out this place out and take a trip back to Sunday dinners and a much simpler time.

Love going here! Great food & very nice people. My favorite is the meatloaf & red beans & rice. For dessert a must try is the grits cake with strawberries,whip cream & ice cream.
The fruit tea is delicious , grilled chicken and roast beef must try!

We had about an hour wait but was so worth it! The food is amazing and true southern cooking. Just like you are part of the family there. Will definitely recommend this place. Great little shops to wander through while waiting.

Awesome experience!! Great food, great service, great selection, great prices!!! Went in with a group of about 20 and things went smooth with no gaps in service. Will be back.

We spend a lot of time traveling and trying new places to eat, this place is definitely on our top 5 list
