Dent City Hail Repair

Dent City Hail Repair did an amazing job! I had a leased car that had hail damage & was due to be turned soon. I filed the claim with my insurance company & after that Fred handle all the communication with my insurance agency & their 3rd party adjuster to get my car repaired quickly. When they were done with my car it was beautiful again. I turned it in to BMW & the service manager said he would never have know it had hail damage if I hadn't mentioned it. I highly recommend them for your hail damage repairs.

Fred was amazing to work with and did an excellent job on my car; it looks beautiful! Fred went the extra mile to provide me with a loaner car and detailed my car when it was finished. Super nice guy!

Despite having a good rating, their service was very unprofessional! The were more interested in making a sale than actually providing a quality repair. The moment my car was with them, it was as if I didn't matter anymore. They repeatedly failed to update me on the timeline of the repair.
