I went to get some face refresh with tox and fillers from Haley and she is phenomenal! She’s very knowledgeable and down to earth!

Best family physician ever! Whoever rates lower than 5 stars should see an idiocy specialist.

This place is very nice and very professional, they take good care of you and everything that you need and fair prices.
I think they might have a new staff, I’m looking at other reviews and they are so different from what I’m reading right now, they were so polite and they send me the text and call me to follow with my case.

These Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Receptionists are incredible. I have been in a lot of pain with a serious kidney infection. The entire staff has been so caring and willing to work with me and take care of me. I am so impressed with their commitment to their patients and their health. I am on the track to getting better and I am so happy I have this team of what feels like family to help me get back on track.

I have not had any problems with this office. I get called back in the afternoon. Everyone is nice and has been very kind to me and my family. I might wait a bit to see someone but they take their time and answer my questions.

Jan and staff are awesome. I've now been coming here for 2 years and no not just 1 year check ups quite often in the years. When we come to the dr it's never pleasant but when I come here even if I'm in pain, sick, high blood pressure, etc. I smile as soon as I open the door I feel like a kid home for the holidays it's so much like family here I can't event explain it. I had an experience I want to share here recently. I was in pain on a Level 10 I walked thru that door and they knew I was hurting staff got me back to Jan immediately she asked me what was wrong and got me out of pain immediately then she sat me down and told me everything will be ok jason I think your having gallbladder issues and I want to send you to imaging, I said ok Jan I'm gonna do what ever you tell me. I went to imaging that day and she got
My results back that day and contacted me and said hun it's your gallbladder and I have some options for you. First is to have surgery immediately to get this out of the way so your not hurting again. Second you can just deal with flare ups when they happen. Pretty much the only two options you have. Well I told Jan I want what's best form me and i will tell you something that was the best thing I ever said. Jan got me in the hospital that night within 3 hours I was going to be in surgery with a surgen she recommended whom was fantastic I woke up from surgery at 7:30 that night and when I woke up Jan stood beside me I did all I could not be in tears when you have a dr that goes that far for her patients you then know you have found a dr that truly cares. we're human I know we say there dr's and that's there job but let's face it this day and time it's hard to find anyone with customer service or a level of expectation that Jan and staff set. Jan and staff thank y'all so much for everything y'all do and continue to do!

This place is really professional, they really help me to understand everything and they treated me really nice.

Called to get an appointment and no response back

Whenever you get an appointment everything is excellent, but they never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never call back. Like I said, when you get an appointment the service is excellent but getting an appointment is next to impossible.

This is by far the most unprofessional clinic I have had communication with. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my father for an rx refill for over a week now. They don’t answer the phone and when asked to leave a voicemail they never return the call. I spoke to one front desk employee and the medication was sent to a different state, now I can’t get a hold of anyone to correct the issue. What kind of doctors office is not available for its patients??

Had an appointment for 1:30pm today. I called four times trying to get someone to answer the phone. I left a voice mail stating I wasn't sure if it was a video call, phone call or an in person appointment. I never recieved a call back. Nothing. Poor communication and beyond unprofessional for a doctors office. Definitely won't be returning back to this place. Its unfortunate that this was my first and last experience with this doctors office. ⚠ Heed the warnings from previous reviews and their low rating. Find another doctors office that can actually communicate with their patients in a timely manner.

I have been going to this place since I was 16 and the past year things have changed for the worse. Guaranteed you will have to wait an hour to be seen and cannot get anyone to call me back regarding my prescription. I've left 4 voice mails in 7 days and no response. Time to look for another dr. Very unhappy and what stinks is Jan is a great physician but if you can't call your patient back or have staff call back and you can't keep appointment times then I know I will find a dr who can.

I find the negative reviews very accurate. I went to get a referral to an ortho for a broken wrist. They were very nice while I was there but I never received the referral after I left and I CANNOT get them to answer the phone or return my voicemails. This is horrible and I will NEVER go back.
