C Chum's Seafood

The lady that helped us and served us was awesome. We had a recommendation that they had really good hamburgers even though they're a seafood place. So we ordered a regular hamburger and the jalapeno one. We were not disappointed. The lady was very helpful in sharing about other things. I can't wait to go again to try the raccoon bites or raccoon sandwich. She showed us some and it looked really good

Great fried Seafood. Got the fried shrimp, super crispy and light. Even better were there homemade chips. 5 star experience, looking forward to coming back.

The food is very good. They have an interesting variety, and it's all good.

Absolutely love this place and the people. The raccoon nuggets are to die for and the grilled shrimp salad. Yum yum yummy

This is one of those places that is a hidden gem. The front of the restaurant offers no curb appeal and walking inside the decors is no better. There was only one waitress and she was run ragged trying to take care of the many customers coming in. That's the first clue that this place is not what it looks like; the constant stream of people coming in. The reason they are so busy is that the food is fantastic! I had the fried shrimp and they were exquisite. Shrimp that were so fresh that they slept in the Gulf the night before, battered with a light crust, then perfectly cooked before being served hot. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the food. I will absolutely be back for more!

I don't care about the atmosphere if the food is great for a good price. That is exactly what we got. Great food at a great price. Everything we have ever gotten has been delicious❤🙂

C Chums never disappoints. I always order fish and shrimp and it is consistently delicious. Probably should try something else some day. Never eaten inside so atmosphere is really not applicable.

We're from Ohio. Just happened to stop in as we were RVing through the area. Had a great meal. Everything we had was so good especially the shrimp gumbo. Service was with a smile and we felt so welcomed. The owner is an amazing man with a story that is totally heartbreaking yet so aspiring. A true American. Please stop in and support the restaurant.

I ate at chums for the first time. Fried shrimp was great better than k2 steakhouse. I will be back.

The service was great. Our waitress knew the menu so well and suggested some options that turned out to be really delicious. Very pleased.

I've been eating here for years and a very picky critic on shrimp fried rice. Outside of Puerto Rico at a shop of Chinese immigrants this is pretty good. Although it could use some egg in it. Regardless i keep coming back every week and will continue.

This was my first time to visit this restaurant, and it was great. The food was served quickly, and the portions were large. The appetizers are enough for 3 people. The entrees were delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Best fried shrimp in the state of Texas!! Only come through Sweeny once in a while but can’t bring ourselves to try something else. But, it all looks good and we notice a lot of people ordering the Asian food,
