Yoselyne was very professional and very polite. She answered all my questions and treated me as her #1 customer, even with others in her store. Yoselyne and her mother delivered my table, chairs, and two beautiful art pieces up to my 3rd floor and even did the assembly!! Smaller showroom, but really showed their true colors when I went in on a Friday evening around 7 and told them my son and husband and I had been sleeping on a air mattress for the past 2 months waiting on another failed delivery from somewhere else (plus thry had more options in catalog). Well they offered to deliver our mattresses the same night. Wow! Then after they closed the mom and daughter showed up with our mattresses the same night. That right there meant alot. No big franchise would do that. Then the rest of our delivery was delivered on time and next week. The gentleman delivered and didnt mess up my walls and asked where exactly we wanted it placed and when I wasnt sure he asked where we thought so we wouldn'thave to move alot. When i told the delivery man i found out he was the husband and his response was thats what it is all about. Another shocker because you cant find that often. Even though i didnt try haggling prices I am still 150% satisfied and will go back when I am ready to shop for my kids playroom. I can appreciate a small family business that go above and beyond. Where else would have done that and if your wondering we slept like babies. Definitely recommend
