Stephens Pharmacy

A big shout out to the Stephens crew for doing a great job. When they were short stocked for my nerve medicine and had transfer it to Walgreens ..... I then found out that Walgreens wanted $550 more for the same prescription. Never wanted to transfer from my local pharmacy but now I have an even better reason why I trade with and support them. Home town folks that actually care.

As with every retail job there will always be those who find a problem. Here at Stephens Pharmacy we strive to serve you to the best of our ability. Sadly, some people will judge you at your worst and never praise you at your best. Those same people only tell one side of the story. Come on in and see us. You’ll find a friendly, helpful, and compassionate staff. We will do all that we can to help you.

Absolute top notch! They always go above and beyond to help or answer my questions. I’ve used them several years now and the same holds true day in day out! Thank you Stephens Pharmacy for the service you give me and my family! Highly recommend!

Extremely rude staff. I had to call two times and speak with two different staff members just to get half of an answer and even then, they were EXTREMELY rude! So much for a small town pharmacy. I wont use them for my family member anymore!

One of only 2 pharmacies in Pikeville my husband asked me to fill his scipt here .Good lord stay away from here the people r very unfriendly. Not only that I now have to go back because they couldn't fill the whole script which they didn't mention until after I paid. I mean really? Can u get any worse ???

Yes had to go back and get the other half of meds they owed me then they said we done filled them hateful I said you wrote it on the bottle seemed like it was a hassle for them I give them a ZERO..
