I picked up a prescription for the first time here. Although the gentlemen at the front was ‘all business’ and not extremely friendly Lauren the Pharmacist that came out to talk to me was very friendly and helpful. She answers all my questions in a personal and friendly manner. Top marks for them having someone like her working to help folks like me.

Rapid, professional compounding pharmacy - I have been very impressed! They have easy phone refill, pick up in person or mail. There is never a line, maybe one person ahead of me on a refill pick up. The workers are efficient and courteous.

I work for a clinic that requires compounded medications for many of our patients. We have worked with several compounding pharmacies in the past years and I cannot say how happy I am now to be working with The Compounding Pharmacy of America. From the beginning, the customer service provided by this company has been more than excellent. Even in our clinic's most rushed and urgent of conditions they have never failed to provide us with the compounded medications we need. They have always handled our requests with the utmost professionalism and "don't worry about a thing, we're here for you" attitude. The staff truly care about the well-being of our patients and it is comforting to know that their medications have been so skillfully handled and prepared. Absolutely wonderful experience!

We live in Nashville, TN and I called and called compounding pharmacies in the area, but every one of them said they could not fill the prescription (because of shortage or other...they all seemed to say something different). As a lark I decided to call the compounding pharmacy of America, located in Knoxville (at least 4 hours away) and they informed me that they could fill it. They also informed me they could ship it to me, avoiding a long drive on my part. At this point I was still critical, assuming that once they quoted me the price for the prescription or the price to ship it, that it would simply be too much. Then they called me back, promptly, and told me it would be less than 40 dollars all together. Shipping was free, even if it needed to be refrigerated!

I can't emphasize more how pleasant an experience it was. They were great over the phone and answered all of my (many) questions. The whole process went through without a hitch which is amazing considering it was entirely handled over the phone, hours away. (Again I didn't have to go there once).

The Compounding Pharm of America really saved me and I'm so grateful! I just want to let others know if they are facing a similiar problem that there is an easy solution!

Great pharmacy.
I had an immediate need for some Rx that they were able to mqke same day for me (and at a quite late notice too) while all other places insisted on next day service only. It was cheaper than expected too.
